About the host
Hosted by Kim Chabal

Hi I'm Kim, a nurse by trade and a holistic healer from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I have worked in Home Care for 10 years, and I am in certified in Healing Touch, Reflexology, Reiki, Singing Bowls. I have 2 children in college and one in high school. Since childhood I have traveled out west and fell in love with the mountains. 2004 I started my dream of building a cabin, recently completed December 2016. Additional plans to finish basement by 2018.
Why they chose this property
I fell in love with this piece of property due to the views and a natural spring that is on it.
What makes this property unique
During the years of building the cabin, a mother moose and her babies would stroll through. Sometimes they watched the workers and lay by the natural spring. This fall when the appliances arrived, a moose showed up and stood around. At the time I decided to name the moose Milton. And that is how my cabin was named Milton's Place. Deer are frequently seen, and Milton or family on rare occasions. If you are looking for a rustic peaceful get away this would be a perfect spot for you.
