ACCESSIBILITY NOTE

Please be aware that if the elevator is out of service during your stay, guests can use the elevator in the adjacent building. However, you will need to walk up one flight of stairs to reach your unit.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



THINGS TO NOTE

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (2) at any time.

Pets: No pets permitted per HOA rules.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping.

Parking: There is one designated parking space in the garage. Lifted trucks or rooftop carriers most likely will not fit.
