Clean quiet and very homey yet still feels like vacation perfect location close to the beach the river and not far from St. Augustine for the night life absolutely loved it

Such a beautiful home in such a nice area! My family and I enjoyed it so much. The host was the sweetest and she replied immediately to any questions we had.

We loved how close the house was to the beach. The bikes were great to use also! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great. We loved the screeded in porch also!

Beautiful Respite and Great Location

This was a wonderful home near the water and in close proximity to all amenities. The host was easy to reach, and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

The property was very nice! It was very clean and has just about everything you can think of. The neighbor hood was nice and quiet, and the garage is a bonus!

Secluded and close to the beach

Comfortable accommodations with all needed amenities. Kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, hair dryer and good wifi. House is secluded in old Florida wilderness (impossible to see at night!). Convenient bike ride a few blocks to Malacompra beach. Screened porch was pleasant and private to enjoy morning coffee or evening nightcap. The mattress in the main bedroom was not comfortable to me at all, but I’m used to memory foam. Owner was very friendly and communicative.

Palm Coast

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy the porch more. It could use a good pressure washing and the hammock was on the ground. The beds and sheets were fresh, but the pillows need to be replaced. I wonder if the lock box code to access the house key is changed for every guest? We had fun walking across the street to the park at the river. It's a good location and our host provided perfect instructions. Thank you!!
