We had a wonderful experience at this place, it was clean, spacious, everything worked well. The place is nicely decorate and the neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely stay again when back in the area.
We chose this property because we were visiting relatives who also live on Shakesville Road. We had trouble with the entry code, but Hannah fixed it right away. My husband was born in Bristol and we have visited a lot. My son, his girlfriend and my grandson haven't stayed there like we have, so it was new for them, but also many changes since we were there last.
Home was exactly as described. Very clean, access was clearly communicated prior to check-in. The location was great, just close enough and in a quiet neighborhood.
The property is very clean and snacks provided topped it off. The owner was very accommodating and quickly resolved a couple issues upon check in. Only thing wish more seating in living room and chairs on back deck.
Just what we needed for our visit to Bristol, VA for a family reunion. Very clean and top of the line appliances. Many added amenities that we were not expecting. Not to be critical, but a few more coffee cups and silverware would have been nice.

The house was perfect for us. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom and love having the private bathroom. My son and his girlfriend stayed across from that room, with my grandson in the Mario bedroom(he did mention that the VRBO listing showed bunk beds, but they were separated-not a problem.) I was surprised by how quiet our bedroom was even with my grandson watching tv-we couldn't even tell when he was up. The only thing missing was enough room for the 5 of us in the living room. I sofabed did not fit all of us.

Awesome Property
We were in town for a funeral. The house was just perfect to come in and out. The cold water and snacks were a very nice surprise! The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was really nice to be able to wash and dry our clothes before we packed to go home. I would definitely recommend this house and we will be back soon. I would recommend cleaning up flower beds out front for a more beautiful curb appeal! Thank you Hannah for your hospitality!
The place was wonderful but check-in was at three when I got to the house. The cleaning crew was still there after 4 o’clock. I called the manager. She told me they be leaving soon when I walked in the house while they was in there they were scatter all over the front room
We came up for thanksgiving. The home was exactly as pictured, small but cozy and plenty of space for my family (including two kiddos). With the couch fully popped out it was plenty of sitting space. With a throw blanket in the storage that came in handy.
Decorated super cute, all dishwater and cookware was in perfect condition. Usually when I rent a home the kitchen things are rusted and busted but this home was perfect. The disposable plates and cups, the kids eatware, the snacks upon arrival. Seriously the kitchen was stocked.
The property owners think of everything you could need and had it for you. All the minis you could need (and we did bc we’re forgetful) like toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup wipes, laundry pods, etc.
The beds were comfy, good pillows, plenty of space. Loved all the usb charging ports in the rooms and in the living room. The desks were great to have too. Plenty of space so that your things aren’t in the way.
I was disappointed that the kids room had been changed and that’s just because for me, the pictures showing legos had me expecting them for my son to play with, the kids room looked like it could be a playroom but maybe before the switch away from bunkbeds. Not a big issue though, the kids still enjoyed their room and their tv for late night movies.
Neighborhood is quiet, felt very safe, was close to everything we needed. It’s a great spot for sure and if we come back we’ll stay here again.
