The Space:

Designed to maximise everyday comfort, this contemporary retreat offers spacious interiors and a practical layout just moments from central Dunsborough. Crisp white finishes, timber-look accents, and large windows create a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout, while the north-facing orientation allows sunlight to stream into the home's main living spaces. The open-plan living and dining area provides plenty of room to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the South West. This inviting space flows seamlessly to the covered alfresco, extending the living area outdoors. Reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, while stylish ceiling fans and contemporary finishes add to the home's relaxed and welcoming feel.



The kitchen is well-equipped for longer stays, featuring a generous island bench, quality appliances, a dishwasher, and a walk-in pantry. A striking Yallingup Beach acrylic splashback adds a distinctive local touch, while ample storage and bench space make day-to-day meal preparation effortless. Outside, the north-facing decked alfresco creates a comfortable setting for relaxed outdoor dining, complete with a BBQ for easy meals in the fresh air, while a private courtyard provides an additional space to unwind.



The three bedrooms are generously proportioned, and each includes its own air conditioning for personalised comfort. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom offers a queen, while the third bedroom includes a single, plus a bunk bed, sleeping three. School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.

It had everything we needed for our stay. However, the map on the Expedia app points to Eagle Bay and once you click on it takes you to a different address. If I had not communicated with the property management I would have ended up at the wrong address.
