We appreciate your response, David. I remember the first time Cheryl and I sat in the Adirondacks in the garden overlooking Frenchman Bay, it was a beautiful evening, and the seals were out and their songs echoed across Raccoon Cove. We immediately fell in love with the place and the setting. We spend a good bit of time over at Acadia National Park on MDI and it is always nice to come home and look at MDI from a distance and to enjoy the peace and quiet of our place on the bay.

Out children and grandchildren love exploring the tide pools for marine wildlife and it’s always a wonderful opportunity to speak with them about respect for all living things. We often plan out autumn, winter, and early spring visits to coincide with moonrises that come shortly after sunset, especially beautiful during full moon nights.
