Parking as well (2m height)! The bedroom boasts a queen bed, double sided wardrobe which allows you to unpack and continue though to your private bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Guest Access:
Check-in is a breeze with self check-in via a lockbox located 2mins walk from the apartment. Details will be sent the day before your arrival.
You can easily access your apartment from Mounts Bay Road. The building is secure, accessible via a swipe card & key entry to the apartment door.
There is ONE car bay in the underground garage for you to use - please note: max 2m height.
You are within walking distance of everything Perth has to offer with the FREE CAT City Transit system at your door step.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled next to the Swan River and at the foot of Kings Park, there is a cafe located within the complex. Alternatively there is a restaurant and bottle shop located along Mounts Bay Road as well as a pharmacy. The area also offers:
