Wonderful stay for 4 Generations

The house was the perfect place for a four-day stay for me, my wife, our daughter, her husband and infant, and my 92 year-old mother. The houses is clean, spacious and well- equipped. The area is quiet and rural. Our vacation was splendid.

An absolutely beautiful home. Huge gourmet kitchen. Coastal decor & so clean. Loved the outdoor living space including the fire pit. The hosts were quick to respond to a text.

Great place to stay!

I knew instantly that this was the place for our group of 10! Lots of space to accommodate that many people in one area. It is a bit of a drive into Cape Charles, but it is worth it! Highly recommend this house!

Best VRBO experience

Highly recommended. I definitely plan on returning. Property was very clean, the house was perfect. It was spacious, the private dock was a huge plus. There is a big distance bewteen yourself and other neighbors and privacy was perfect. Two kayaks provided to go on the water, a nice grill, and a fire pit. Washer and Dryer are also on site which makes life so much easier. Showers were awesome. Complimentary wine was a plus!!!! Again highly recommended and we intend on visiting again

Beautiful home

The property is beautiful with ample appliances. There is a lot of space for a large family. The dock is not directly behind the property, but instead a short walk away. It is also not exclusively for the property and is accessible for residents of the neighborhood. However, we didn't see anyone else there during our stay. All in all, this made for a great quiet retreat

Perfect for a quiet getaway

We rented the house to spend time with some old friends. It was four adults and four teenagers. The kids all exclaimed it was the best house we've stayed in, so pretty impressive to find something two sets of siblings can agree on!The bedrooms are plenty large and each one has a ceiling fan. The common areas are beautiful. A lot of times when we rent a house, there are enough beds, but not enough places for us to eat together. Not so here! The big dining table was great. The kitchen was beautiful. We enjoyed the beautiful bushes outside and all the butterflies they attracted. The conversation area was lovely. We had a fire in the pit. We used the kayaks and the dock. Don't plan on swimming! So many jellyfish!If you are looking for a place with lots going on this is not it. But if you are looking for a gorgeous and comfortable house, this is perfect. And if you like stargazing, this is the place to be! We lucked out and had a new moon. There is literally no light pollution and we could see so many stars!All eight of us loved it and would recommend to everyone!
