We had a perfect stay here and really enjoyed the visit. The ocean view from the balcony was perfect for the morning sunrise and just watching the waves. The pool area was really nice with plenty of chairs. Also it was just steps to the beach with a good path. Next time I visit Cocoa Beach I will definitely want to stay again.

This beautiful property is the perfect getaway spot. It's roomy, has a great kitchen, enough bathrooms to accommodate six people. We relaxed on the balcony after dinner, listened to the surf, watched the stars rise. I hope to return.

The location was absolutely perfect! Steps from the beach and pier; wonderful spot to watch a launch from the Cape. The only issue ( and it wasn't that big of a deal) was some of the windows were stuck shut and screens were ripped. Other that that, everything was wonderful.

Perfect Location

Just wanted to get away and hear the waves and feel the sand on my feet. This condo was as advertised. Everything was neat, clean and comfortable. For me location was the best thing! Directly on beach! Walked right out onto the sand, the pier was very close, nice walk and good food! Very relaxing stay.
