You can truly live the West Coast lifestyle at Royal Bay, where panoramic views of Victoria’s sparkling inner harbour, the Salish Sea, and the Olympic mountain range are on full display.

Surrounded by The North Ridge Trail right behind the house to the Royal Beach Park, and Lagoon Beach that is connected to Esquimalt Lagoon Migratory Bird Sanctuary and Colwood Waterfront Park.

You will have enjoyment of the top two floors of the house, with the exception of the master bedroom and garage. The basement will have a tenant, so please be respectful of the noise at night after 10PM.

Our family was very particular about location and appropriate accommodations for our group size (4 adults, 3 children) and we are so pleased by our choice for this stay! The home was clean, well appointed with everything we needed and we received good communication from the host.Though we spent our meals outside the home, the kitchen and patio are beautiful places to gather. This was a fantastic alternative to a hotel stay for a family or small group. I look forward to returning.

Beautiful, clean roomy house in a great neighborhood. Kitchen is very well stocked with quality pots and pans and appliances. Everything that was needed for our group of 8 was accomodated. Check in and out were easy and the host was always available for communication. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Our stay here was lovely (5 adults and 2 kids). The house was very clean and well decorated. It felt very warm and inviting. Neighbourhood is nice too. Location is close to grocery/liquor stores (3 min drive) and Victoria downtown is about a 30 min drive away. Great choice for a larger group or family :)

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Colwood! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after spending time exploring Victoria. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved visiting Hayley Castle and we were lucky enough to catch a Lavender Festival in the area. This was a great place to stay near Victoria.

This is a lovely property. Very clean, new, and great for a group. I would rent it again. The host may want to consider adding some safety features to the bathrooms as there are no bars or ways to be safe in the showers.

Wedding Weekend

We loved everything but the tenants below. The floors are hardwood and even during the daytime, the couple below would bang on the floor. We respected the set noise bylaws but felt we couldn't even move on the main level. As there was a great upper tv room, we tried our best to keep everyone upstairs or outside on the fantastic patio. Maybe carpet would help alleviate this situation. It was upsetting at how insistent they were but eventually we ignored them and continued with our wedding festivities We were out frequently at Olympic View golf course, at Swan's Pub and at Hatley Castle. Such a wonderful spot couldn't be spoiled.

4-Night Victoria Stay

We had an wonderful 4-night stay at this home in Victoria, Canada. The location was perfect, with a convenient local grocery store and several restaurants close by. The neighborhood is new and developing, providing a fresh and vibrant atmosphere. The home itself is immaculate and feels brand new. It was clean and equipped with what we needed for an enjoyable stay. The neighbors were friendly which added to the welcoming vibe of the area. From this home, we found it easy to explore Victoria, with all the main attractions just a short drive away. We could easily visit the beautiful sights around and then return to home base as needed to relax. Overall, our family had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Victoria. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean home. Lots of space for our extended family (6 adults, 2 children). A bathroom for each family and bedrooms for all but the infant who slept in his parents room. We cooked our breakfasts in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed the patio and outdoor furniture. Even some games to keep the kids occupied! Lots of quality towels provided and good quality bedding. Two small negatives: There is only one king size bed, the rest were double so quite small for 2 people (but otherwise very comfortable). Weather was very warm during our stay so we found it warm at night without AC. Neighborhood feels very safe. Good grocery, liquor store and other shops close by. Short walk to a beach park and other neighborhood parks. The host was very quick to respond to my questions and was even able to allow us early check in. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay with the family was great. Lots of room for everyone. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. Thanks again for all the extras. Drinks and snacks on the counter upon our arrivel. All the bathroom products were wonderful. Even a of maple sirop. Wonderful area and home away from home, I would highly recommend this place.
