Everything was great at the house with a renovated master bath and kitchen. The pool is gorgeous and private with patio furniture and gas grill. We golfed and played pickelball and used the Rec centers. Would stay again!

Plenty of space in Sun City West

The home had plenty of space, 2 living rooms, large dining space, workable kitchen, both bedrooms had Kingsize beds. Location was easy to get to and close to shopping and highways.

Felt at home

This was an amazing home. It was very comfortable and made my sister and I feel very at home. It was so amazing to be so close to my brother who lives in the same neighborhood. The home was missing nothing!! Thank you so much for opening your home to us. The managers are amazing!!

Perfect AZ Stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is perfectly set up. Lovely neighborhood and furnishings. The bedrooms are away from the living room/kitchen which allowed one of us to rise early/stay up later and not disturb the other. It’s a little thing but the nightlights were so helpful in an unfamiliar home! The washer/dryer worked beautifully and thank you for supplying detergent. Very safe neighborhood for early morning walks! We’ll choose it again!

6/10 Okay

Adequate for short stay

House is spacious and plenty of sun light but outdoor patio furniture is in very poor condition. Using BBQ grill was great but unable to use outdoor furniture. Not able to use the garage. Place is OK for shorter stays under 1 month. Would not recommend for 3 month stay

Hi Reginald, we truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following: -We're pleased to inform you that a new patio set has been ordered, and we've recently received confirmation of its impending delivery. -Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delay. We were only made aware of the need for replacement four days ago, and upon receiving pictures of the old set, immediate action was taken. Our dedicated housekeeping team made efforts to ensure guest comfort in the interim by creatively reconfiguring the existing pieces into a makeshift large couch. Rest assured, the replacement process is underway, and we're committed to rectifying the situation promptly. -The listing indicates a dedicated parking space; however, please note that personal items are currently stored in the garage, rendering it unavailable to guests. Thank you once again for your feedback and understanding. We remain dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests.
