Family get together

This house met every expectation for my families stay. Easy access to downtown Lincoln City. It is well stocked with towels and linen, and the house is very clean.

Loved the inside of the house! However, one reason we chose this property was because they had a hot tub. When we got here, the hot tub was only 95 degrees. I called Meredith Lodging and they instructed me on how to raise the temperature and said it would take 3-4 hours to come to temperature. The next day we fully opened the hot tub to finally use it and it had sand in the bottom and seats. Also, the water was slimy. Disappointed we didn’t get to use the tub!!

Sharisse — I appreciate you staying with us and leaving your feedback. I'm sincerely sorry the hot tub condition took away from an otherwise great stay. It should have been at a comfortable temperature and clean for use; finding it cooler than expected and with debris and a slimy feel is unacceptable. We've alerted maintenance and scheduled a full drain, deep clean, filter inspection/replacement, and chemical balancing, and we're reviewing turnover procedures with our team so this doesn't happen again.

Spring Fever

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The upper level is so spacious and has beautiful views of the ocean. The bedrooms are all comfortable; our girls loved the bunk beds. There is plenty of entertainment between the hot tub and the game room. We're looking forward to staying there again.

Pleasant Week

The house is very nice and has lots of space for a large group to spread out or hang together. The views are beautiful. However beach access is close but not very convenient if you have small children or anyone with health issues. Its 150 concrete steps straight down to touch sand. Its a quiet neighborhood and was a very fun stay over all.

Premium home

Loved this house! Only issues were the housekeeper was still cleaning during our check in time, but the house was very clean. The check out time is 10 am which is earlier than standard. We requested a later checkout but didn’t get a response in time, so we just left by 10 am.

Fantastic Getaway for Family

Wonderful very new, great layout, unexpected extras for our families!!! Everybody loved the game garage and close to beach Great beds and beddings. Modern features are a great plus. Cookware nonstick was very damaged. No oil for cooking. Coffee maker filter coffee maker did not have filter. Very Could use some more kitchen utensils like larger spoons for serving, Chicken

No colander in the kitchen. No drink/juice glasses. Floor was swept but not mopped. Socks were dirty quickly. No dresser or luggage racks in one of the bedrooms. Had to live out of our suit cases on the floor. I emailed these and a few other concerns to host and never got a reply. Having said that. The place is really pretty nice. Just wish the host was more responsive to our constructive comments. Host fees were very high so one would think they could taken the time to respond.

Great views, nice place. PROS: The house is beautiful with great views of the ocean. Nicely appointed furnishings and games. The outdoor shower was awesome! Good location, close (walk) to get coffee. Our family had a wonderful time there celebrating a birthday. CONS: The place was a bit dirty still. Floor, hair in bathrooms. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or the kitchen. Only two rolls of paper towels and a few trash bags were provided. Stains on the pillows and couch. Also, you can hear everything on all floors. Noise on the top floor can be heard all the way down to the lowest floor. We found a broom to clean the floor, but it was unusable. Overall, great place but needs more attention to cleaning and providing cleaning products-soap, broom. Final note: a recycle bin would have been nice too.
