About this property

Enjoy a spectacular view of the St. Lawrence River from the Owner’s Apartment.

This two-bedroom upper story apartment offers a river view from the kitchen, dining room, living room and from the spacious deck. The rental has two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized sleigh bed and the other a full-sized bed, both with plenty of storage for your belongings.

This rental features numerous windows, bringing in a nice amount of natural light. It’s fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, TVs with cable service in both the dining room and living room, wireless internet access, custom kitchen cabinets, air conditioning, floor heating and upscale furniture. The living room contains a cozy fireplace, pocket doors and the bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower.

An outdoor gas grill, patio table & chairs, and two rocking chairs make your shaded deck a comfortable place to relax.

The Owner’s Apartment is fully winterized and a new addition to our lineup of rentals which are open on a year-round basis. It is best suited for 4 people, accommodating a maximum of 5 people. Long term off season rentals of up to 6 months are available.
