This new villa (completed 2015) with custom design offers breathtaking panoramic views of the bay, ocean and/or Cancun skyline FROM EVERY ROOM! The location is one of the highest points on the island and you will be amazed at the marvelous water views from every room inside and the entire island from the roof! Sunrises and sunsets are awesome!!

This fabulous villa is sparkling clean and very modern. In addition to the gorgeous views found in this custom designed luxury home, you will enjoy comfortable furnishings, colourful and interesting Mexican décor, high ceilings, beautiful travertine marble and tile floors, granite countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and brick ceiling with cupola. All beds are very comfortable and are dressed with quality linens. In addition, there is a large covered outdoor kitchen and living area overlooking the pool. It includes a sink and grill and large island where everyone can gather. A small refrigerator is also provided for easy drink access. Plenty of seating and room for yoga mats. A 55" TV is mounted on the wall so you can unwind with a movie or ball game at the end of the day. The pool is approximately 14 x 22 feet. One third of the pool is designed for lounging or splashing around with young 1 foot deep, and the other two thirds is about 3.5 to 4 feet deep.

We are happy to help with transportation (we do not make any money on this, just a courtesy to you). In addition, we can recommend a company can provide a private dinner at the home with light entertainment if you are interested. We can also stock the kitchen prior to your arrival for a small fee plus the cost of groceries. Please feel free to ask questions about these services or anything else you are interested in and we will be happy to assist if we can.
The villa is located on the south end of the island and overlooks Garrafón Natural Reef Park.

Garrafón Natural Reef Park - all day/all inclusive park offering swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, zip-line, buffet restaurant and poolside grill)... when exiting our gate, it is just steps away, go to the left and you will see the entrance across the street.

Garrafón de Castilla - a great little beach club offering swimming, snorkeling, and café or food delivered to your lounge chair! exiting our gate, it is just minutes away, go to the right and cross the street and you will find a sign at the next corner directing you to the entrance. (This is a great place to snorkel and swim, but I recommend you wear swimming shoes).

Casa de los Suenos / Parque de los Suenos - Great place to eat (breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner, right on the water overlooking the bay and the Cancun skyline)! They have movie night 3 times a week. You can also order food to go. New water park opened early 2015!! It offers a triple level pool, water slides, a jungle zip line with splash pool, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling and much more! When exiting our gate, it is a short 10 minute walk, go to the right and cross the street and walk for several blocks and you will see the entrance on the left. They offer a half day and full day rate.

Punta Sur - enjoy this small Caribbean Village for shopping with local vendors and a great little restaurant with a fabulous view of the bay and Cancun skyline. There is also a great walking trail along the bay. Wonderful place to take pictures! When exiting our gate, it is just a few minutes away, go to the left and when the road curves around to the left, you will see a road on the right leading south to the Punta Sur and the small Caribbean Village. Just a short walk around the corner and down the block and you are there.

The Joint - Just a minute down the road, exit gate and go right. Open during the day. Drinks and snacks. They often have live music too!

We welcome children: It is important that your children are supervised at all times. The 'guests/renters' agree to be responsible for the health, safety, and damages associated with their children.

Please note that you are on an island in Mexico. While internet and power outages are rare, they do happen.
