Lovely Venue but let down by cleanliness

Property was poorly cleaned, especially deck & pool. Leaf litter & cobwebs everywhere. We were told we couldn’t check in before 3.00pm because cleaning was required before!!Dishwasher wasn’t emptied. No checkin book explaining where everything was or how to operate things. Venue was peaceful & lovely!

Iaen, this review is simply not true and we are seeking to have it removed. We have photos of a crystal clear pool, the deck area swept and looking lovely, with all cobwebs removed. We always have a 3pm check so we can attend to all items at this property before a guest arrives. We do have a check in book - we have a digital guest book which was emailed and sent via SMS to you. Please always reach out to your host when you first arrive if you have concerns, not then leave a questionable review on your departure.
