We had the best time. We loved the townhome. It was so peaceful and it was right on the water. The beds were very comfortable. It felt like home. It was close to everything. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect Riverside Getaway – Relaxing, Comfortable, and Convenient!

We had an amazing stay at the Waterfront Dunnellon Retreat with River Access! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable – it felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was close by, making it really convenient for us to explore and relax. The highlight for us was definitely being on the river. The dock provided the perfect spot for fishing, and we spent hours enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We loved the tranquil atmosphere and can’t wait to return. We’ll definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!

Mother daughters retreat

Beautiful view of the river and surroundings with trees and dock to enjoy walkway to the river. Very well furnished (we added a wine opener!) and found plenty of towels and additional blankets and throws to ward off the coolness after the rain. We enjoyed the screened in porch especially in the morning with our coffee.

Rainbow Springs retreat

The townhome was very close to the springs and river activities. Also convenient to restaurants/bar. Nice place on the river for the 3 of us. Took the air boat tour from the Blue Gator which was Fun.Only problem was when we tried to contact the owner for the lock box code, he didn't respond for 2 hrs. So we could not get in at 3:00 as was promised. This was not cool!!Also the ice maker did not work which would have been nice to have.

Cozy, beautiful, well-kept.

Filled with everything necessary for a vacation! It is wonderful when you come to a house where everything is thought off and arranged for complete relaxation. Incredibly beautiful view from the window! Waking up and seeing the sunrise without leaving home with a beautiful mug of coffee in your hands is a dream! Spacious, comfortable beds and clean bed linen with different types of blankets. Easy to get to our favorite Rainbow Springs Park, 10 minutes and we are already there. Easy to go to any store and buy everything you need. Good cafes for both breakfast and dinner, everything is within reach. A good choice for active recreation, horses, kayaks, parks, paddle boards, tubing, manatees. I hope that I will come back here again!

Beautiful stay with mediocre property management

The condo is absolutely beautiful & extremely comfortable! Great area with nearby amenities. However, the AC was not working through the duration of our stay. We promptly reported it to Evolve with no resolution. The owner of the unit was very kind & jumped into action as soon as he heart, just wish Evolve would be more diligent & allow communication through VRBO.

So many things need attention, where do I begin?!Pavers along the side of building are treacherous and could cause someone to fall.Icemaker could not be trurned off and disturbed our sleep.Porch security light going on and off as we sat under it in the evenings Unsightly chips in sink and countertop No chairs for sitting on dock162 dollar cleaning fee too high, and we were expected to leave the place spotless 72 dollar damage fee not refunded, we didn’t break anythingDirty porch screenTraffic noise from bridge
