Welcome to the largest floor plan at family-friendly Runaway Beach Club —this spacious, smoke-free 1,667 sq ft condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm. Designed with a relaxed beach vibe, the condo features cottage-style furnishings and a serene palette inspired by sunny skies and ocean blues. Ceiling fans in every room create a breezy, resort-like atmosphere.

The open-concept living and dining area boasts soaring 20-ft cathedral ceilings, providing plenty of space to unwind, dine, and gather with family or friends. Overlooking the main living area is a spacious loft that doubles as a second lounge or game room, complete with a queen sleeper sofa, foosball table, and TV with Roku—ideal for kids or additional guests.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and all the cookware and tableware you need for home-cooked meals. The adjacent dining table seats four comfortably, and the breakfast bar accommodates 3 more.

The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, large closet, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a relaxing garden tub. Two guest bedrooms each include a queen-sized bed plus a twin, making it easy to accommodate families or groups. A full-sized bathroom in the hallway serves the guest rooms, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer adds extra convenience.

Entertainment & Connectivity:
Entertainment is well-covered with a 65-inch Roku TV in the living room and 43-inch TV in the primary bedroom, as well as additional TVs in the loft and guest bedrooms. (The loft and one guest room are equipped with Roku instead of cable.)

Stay connected with private, ultra-fast WiFi (500+ Mbps download speed)—ideal for remote work or streaming. A dedicated workspace is provided in the loft.

Security:
Guest safety, and the safety of the property, is a priority. There is a Ring doorbell camera installed at the front door. The camera provides security for guests as well as for the property. The camera is outward-facing only, as guest privacy is also a top priority. Interference with the camera is against the house rules and will result in termination of the reservation.

Peaceful & Private Setting:
Located on the second floor, this unit offers peace and quiet with no upstairs neighbors. A private, secure ground-level entrance leads to your own internal staircase, ensuring complete privacy. While part of a resort-style condominium complex, each unit has its own dedicated entrance.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove food from refrigerator and cabinets, and discard. Take all trash/garbage to the dumpster just inside resort's entrance gate.
Rinse dirty dishes and place in the dishwasher. You can run the dishwasher if you wish, but it isn’t necessary. Double-check for all your belongings, in drawers, closets, under beds, and in the safe.
Don't forget to log out of your Netflix or other streaming or social media account if you have used the Roku or smart TV.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest will be charged for damages beyond normal wear and tear; occupancy greater than approved; pets; smoking; excessive noise, clutter, or trash
Park in ONLY legal parking spaces. No commercial vehicles/ trailers allowed. A tow truck company will tow away vehicles parked illegally.

Stress-free stay

Patsy was an exceptional host. Every concern (there were very few) we brought to her was resolved immediately to our great satisfaction. The additional helpful info she provides to you prior to arrival is incredibly thorough, covering all possible aspects of your stay. The location was very close to the Disney parks. The neighborhood was secure and pristine, very peaceful and quiet. The condo was extremely comfortable for us - beds good, bathrooms spacious, wi-fi strong, kitchen well-supplied, up-to-date and clean, huge vaulted living room with two large sofas, breakfast bar. The fun loft above the living room also has a couch, TV, and a foosball table! It made a tiring week of carting 4 kids to the parks much easier on dad and me. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and this host to all. Thank you for a wonderful week, Patsy!

Plenty of room for R&R

Owner was helpful & informative. Lots of room for our family to spread out and hang out. Easy access to Disney. Could have used more amenities (only 1 potholder, bar soap ran out, can opener didn't work). Despite this, I would highly recommend.

Thank you so much for you kind review and recommendation. I just wish you had let me know about the items that were lacking, and I could have had more pot holders and a new can opener brought to you. Sometimes these small items “disappear” or break over time, and need replacing. I will contact the property manager now to add those items. As explained in the information provided, I furnish a kit of starter supplies (enough to last a few days for most guests, allowing the guests to settle in and relax, before needing to run to the store). This kit includes dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, and small bars of soap.

Best Family Villa and Resort

This was our first time not staying in a hotel and we were so impressed. The description and pictures are exactly what you get!!! Easy to locate and quick check in. The villa was quiet, bigger than we expected, clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms, it's also located near everything. The resort was quiet, kept clean and safe. We will definitely book this villa again for our next Orlando trip.

Amazing and Spacious Condo

We stayed for a week at the condo and fell in love. There was so much room for the 8 of us and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Each room is very spacious. Loved that there was a washer and dryer to use also. The pools were beautiful and relaxing after long days at the amusement parks. The condo is literally 5 minutes from Disney and only 25 minutes from Universal. And don't fret cause the Wal-mart is around the block. We will definitely being staying here again.

Excellent contact with the owner. Condo is spacious an had all we needed for our family holiday. The pool is nice, especially for kids up to ~10. We didn't like the pretty loud music there though. Else everything was quiet, in good order and as described.

Perfect family getaway

This condo is beautiful. Is clean, well kept, and easy to get to. The rental company was just down the rode, and check in was a breeze. The owner, Pasty was great. She returned emails fast, and was great to work with. My entire family loved the lay out of the home. Our 17 year old took the loft as her bedroom for the week. We are already planing to book this condo again soon.

It was our second time staying at this facility. The extra space at this condo was perfect for all ages. It was in perfect condition, nice and clean. The location is excellent with easy access to local restaurants, stores and pharmacies. It was easy to get to the Disney Parks and other places. Was a Wonderful place

This condo was everything i expected .The pictures on the site are exactly what you see ...no surprises which i liked.Pasty (owner) was more than helpful responed very quickly to any questions i had.I was there a month and enjoyed everyday. walmart was walking distance which was nice for last minutes things .This condo was close to pool and spa area made going back and forth very easy.I would recommend this condo.

Great Condo; Great Value!

Spent 8 nights in February. Plenty of space for the two couples in our party. Close to Disney and Universal...and Walmart! Did Breakfast in and made lunches for the parks, saving money. The value is incredible; would stay here again. Thanks for a nice stay.

Comforts of home near Disney

Nice to have a room of their own for everyone, cooking area for easy breakfast, nice living room to crash in after a long day in the parks and cheaper than staying in the parks. Did have noisy neighbors one night and a slow draining tub. Overall very happy we stayed here and plan to again on future family trips to Orlando.

This condo was more like a home away from home! Beautiful, clean, and very spacious! We absolutely loved it! Right from the get go booking was easy a pie. Condo Review

We stayed in Patsy's condo for a mini vacation. She was wonderful in quickly answering any questions I had. The condo itself was located close to everything, but just far enough away from the chaos. My kids loved the condos pools & the condo was wonderful. The only con I can think of is that while it was fully stocked, the kitchen was lacking a spatula & tongs(it made breakfast interesting). All in all we will be keeping them in mind for any future trips to Orlando.

Great time!

This unit was fabulous! We needed a place to stay for 2 nights on our way to Miami to board a cruise and this place was great. We had tons of space and the office/condo was easy to find. The description and pictures did not do this place justice, it was very clean and very well taken care of. There were only 5 of us staying but we could have easily had 5 more people in there. Close to attractions as far as we could tell, close to shopping and groceries. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and was quick to take care of everything we needed. If we are ever in the area again, we wil be back!

Patsy is awesome to work with. The condo is exactly as she described. She sent me so much information about the area....I knew where to go before we arrived!!!! The unit is big...enough room for our family of 7 to spread out and relax after our days at the parks. The complex is clean and quiet....... It is close to Walmart for groceries (and MUCH cheaper souvenirs) with plenty of restaurants near by. The pool is great for kids and adults. Checking in is fast and easy! Everyone is super nice and make you feel right at home. This is our 2nd time to book with Patsy.....I'm planning next years trip now just waiting on the dates so I can book with her again!!!

My husband and I are a retired couple, living in Pensacola, FL. In 2010, we purchased our first condo at Runaway Beach Club Resort, so we would have a place to stay when we take our grandchildren to Disney World. We immediately loved Runaway Beach Club, with its colorful pastel villas and family-friendly atmosphere. We decided to purchase 2 additional condos at this resort and rent all 3 to guests as vacation rentals. It has been very rewarding to get to know so many wonderful guests.

My husband and I enjoy spending time with our family (2 adult children and 2 grandchildren). We also enjoy cruising and traveling, primarily to Western Europe. We love seeing all the historical sights, especially Roman ruins and medieval castles.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo because of the colorful Key West style villas, the friendly, family atmosphere, and the proximity to Disney World.

What makes this property unique

The fun family-friendly environment, the lovely pastel villas, the amenities (5 pools, minigolf, etc), and the proximity to Disney World all make this resort the ideal location for a vacation. This large, spacious condo with cute, nautical decor provides a restful oasis for guests, so needed after a busy day at the parks.
