No Fenced Yard
There is no enclosed fenced yard. But wait there's more. There were many unsafe conditions. Very loose railing on side entrance. Rear porch loose top step and the whole porch is totally unsupported underneath. Missing transition strip in doorway of separate and uneven floors (trip hazard). First floor bathroom uncovered electrical outlet. The oven didn't work and the glass top stove was uncleaned. Not to mention the general uncleanliness. Things like piles of dead flies on the floors, window sills and light fixtures throughout the house. The coffeemaker was quite old and very dirty. There were stains and pet fur on multiple bedspreads throughout the house. The two trash bins outside the house were full to the brim.
Not to be totally negative the property management company, Evolve, was quick to react and helped us find a new property that night for the next day even though the new one was not one of their properties. This was a family visit to see my infant granddaughter for the first time. It was a large group including my three adult sons their wives, kids and pets so finding an appropriate property was not easy. We had to stay at a local hotel that night because it was late and the only worthy property was over an hour away.
The new place was fantastic. Located in a remote area in the mountains nearby with a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Evolve was very accommodating. I received a complete refund and reimbursement for the hotel.
