Summer Fun with Grandkids

We call this house our second home. It is our second time staying there and in fact, looking forward to our next stay the week before Christmas. The house is amazing. It is well supplied with all the amenities needed including beach towels. Yes, it has a pool and jacuzzi. From when you first walk in, the experience is extremely clean and fresh with the feeling of walking into your home. You can access all the needed streaming channels. The kitchen is well stocked with more than just the basics. There's an outside grill with lighting accents to add that special touch. The pool set-up is spot on with ample lounge chairs, chairs, tables and several large umbrellas. There's a small office set up that includes internet, monitor and copier if needed. The Evolve team, Chris and Suzanne are amazing to work with. They are so attentive to requests and needs that come up. Every time I have reached out to them, their response is first class all the way...very quick and wonderful customer service. Their attentiveness to making sure we are having a good time is what makes us want to continue renting this home. We are already looking to book at least two stays next year!Eric & Lauri

Resort living in Goodyear Az

Great home in a great location

This home is nicely equipped for a fantastic stay. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the outdoor grill area complements the entertaining value. The owner controls the hot tub and pool heat which is only a minor inconvenience. They are, however, very responsive and cooperative. Overall this is a great house in a nice neighborhood.

The house was in a great location to the Spring Training facility we were going to. The house had all of the emenities that we wanted and was a good space. I rated it lower, overall, for the things I wish we had known before we rented:1. The owner is in charge of the thermostat at all times, If you want it warmer or cooler, you have to reach out to the management company who contacts the owner.2. The owner is also in charge of when the hot tub comes on and off. Again, you have to contact the management company to contact the owner to arrange the schedule. Just don't be later than expected one night or no hot tub time for you because the owner turned it off already.3. There is no where to hang clothes in the master bedroom. The master closet is locked with the owner's belongings inside.4. There is no television service unless you bring your streaming log-ins (which I don't have).These may seem like trivial issues but it would have been nice to know before we selected this house.
