Awesome all around stay

Beautiful location and property. Loved being right on the beach. Home was impeccable and well appointed- kitchen had all we needed. Comfy living room and outdoor seating. Would recommend!

Perfect location

This place was absolutely amazing! Everything was exactly as pictured. Just step out back door onto the beach! This is a duplex so it would be perfect for a large family or several couples to rent both sides.

Tropical storm anniversary trip

This property was off the charts! It was undoubtedly the cleanest place I've rented. Everything was beautiful. It appears to have just been remodeled. VERY NICE! We rode out tropical storm Debbie here and I'll tell you, this little house is built like a fortress!

Smack on the beach!

The lanai and brick terrace outside on the beach are wonderful! The house is well appointed and well furnished. Our only complaint is the beds. The twin bed mattresses were Sealy and seemed new but they were like sleeping on boards. We had to buy mattress toppers to get through the week. Other than that we loved Fins!!

Cabin

The cabin was nice, it was clean and in a nice location. There are two things that needed corrected: the shower leaks along the glass partition and gets the floor outside the shower very wet. Also the bathroom sink and kitchen sink spigots have very restricted water flow. Difficult to use.

The location and property were fantastic for the 2 of us. The duplex is very clean and tastefully decorated. Being a duplex, you have renters on the left (same house) and a shared patio/back yard (beach front). Our first neighbors were lovely, quiet and respectful. Our second neighbors were NOT. This is an issue as you can hear everything through the walls. Actual conversations, etc. There were 4 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant next to us (sharing 850 sq. ft.) and this was so bad and loud? We left a day early. It completely changed the vibe. The screens on the outdoor patio are in pretty bad shape and need replacing. Other than that? It was perfect! Lol... We would definitely come again IF we knew we could have peace and quiet with our neighbors...but I have no idea how you can know this in advance?

We sincerely apologize for the 2nd group on the other side of the duplex. Unfortunately, with it being a duplex, we can not guarantee the level of talking, etc, from the other side. We can only ask guests to abide by the noise ordinance in each city. Please call us next time you come to the island and we will help you find a perfect vacation spot for some peace and quiet!
