Overall, this VRBO worked well for us, but there were several issues that would make me think twice about staying here again. The biggest issue was the keyless entry system. The door code didn’t work when we arrived, and I had to call for a new one. The unit code failed again after we got in, then changed the next day while I was outside with groceries. It worked for a few days before failing again near the end of our stay. Keep in mind you need a code to enter the building, you need a code to use the elevator, and you need a code to enter the actual unit. The management team was responsive each time, but repeated access problems during a one-week stay were frustrating. The condo itself was spacious and well laid out for our family. Two bedroom suites with their own bathrooms were a big plus, and the kitchen was large and well equipped. The beds were comfortable.A few things could be improved. The TV was way too small for the living room, the floors weren’t very clean, and the outdoor pool could use a thorough cleaning. The location was convenient for the Phoenix Convention Center, which was our main reason for staying here. That said, the downtown area was riddled with homeless on every street, every corner, much more than I expected, which is something I’ll keep in mind for future trips.Overall, the condo was comfortable, spacious, and well located, but the keypad issues and surrounding area kept it from being a great experience.
