Welcome to the "Spice of Life" vacation home. With its four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, this tropical retreat is for relaxation. Nestled alongside a tranquil freshwater intersecting canal and a southwestern exposure, it offers a picturesque setting for your getaway.
The screen enclosed patio allows you to enjoy the outdoors, sun bath, splash around in the pool, grill a perfect steak, dining outdoors and relax watching your favorite movies on the streaming TV lounging area. The Master Suite offers a king bed, streaming TV, a beautiful bathroom with dual sinks and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, streaming TV, sliding doors to the patio and a bath/pool room with shower. The third bedroom offers also a queen bed, streaming TV and the 4th bedroom offers 2 singe beds, these to bedrooms share a bath room with Tub/Shower combo. Enjoy preparing your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, dining bar and a kitchen nook.

This our 2nd time going to cape coral from rhode island. From the time we opened the door we fell in love! Everything was as described. It was very spacious as the master bedroom was nice and far from the kids rooms the pool was the highlight of our trip we couldnt get the kids out of it. The grill is a little out dated but it worked just fine. We would def go back as it was perfect to get away from the cold spring in new england

Amazing Christmas Vaca

It was a beautiful house, with an amazing infinity pool. It had everything we needed, plus more. The property manager was great to work with prior to our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice neighborhood. Very clean horse with lots of space. Comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay here and would go back any time!

Overall, the house was excellent. It was well stocked and a significant step up from the typical IKEA-style furnishings often found in rentals. The layout worked perfectly for our family, and the kids especially loved having a TV in the outdoor living area.The only reason I did not give this home 5 stars was the communication regarding a pool issue. Upon arrival, we found the pool filled with algae to the point that visibility extended only to the first step. We immediately notified the host, who responded quickly and explained they had learned of the issue that morning and were waiting for an update from the pool service. After doing some research, I expressed concern that the problem would not be resolved within 24 hours and offered to cancel for a refund since the pool was the primary reason we chose this property. The host assured us it would be fixed by the next morning.Unfortunately, that did not happen. The pool technician, who was very friendly, worked on the pool multiple times, but it was not safe to swim in until Friday afternoon, after our Wednesday check-in.We understand that maintenance issues can happen and are not always within the homeowner’s control. However, we were disappointed by the communication. The host knew about the issue before our arrival but did not inform us, which would have allowed us to adjust expectations and plans. Additionally, all updates came only after we reached out; there was no proactive communication. Overall, we had a great s

Thank you for your review. We did not notify you that morning of arrival since pool guy said it would be clear by that afternoon before your arrival later that day. All though the pool guy is very nice, he did not do his job correctly and therefore we now have a new pool service in place that is doing a amazing job and making sure the equipment is working properly, showing up weekly so it does not turn green. Glad you still enjoyed your stay with us.

Paradise

This is our fifth time staying at a home rental in the Cape Coral area, and this home takes first place. It was perfect. Check-in process was very easy. We got in late and had instant access.Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Having two master suites was ideal. My parents stayed on one side of the house, and my husband and I on the other. My two kids each had their own rooms. Which they were very happy about. The kitchen was fully equipped with very nice appliances. Including an air fryer which was wonderful with the kids!The lanai/pool area was dreamy. Everyone was able to be out there and live their best lives without interfering with each other. My parents could lay on one side, kids in the pool, I could lay on the other side, my husband spent lots of time watching the outdoor TV on the comfy couch. We ate every meal at the outdoor dining table. It was very private. I can not say enough good of this area. The canal. This was the only disappointing part of our stay, however totally out of the control of the home/host. The canal in this area is extremely low, no boats, and sparse fishing. However, we were still able to watch the turtles, otters, and many many species of birds. The location was nice. The home is on a fairly busy road, but the only time we noticed was when we were coming or going. There is a Target, Publix, and an Aldi within a mile or so of the home which was great. If you're on the fence of which home to choose, pick this one!
