Newly remodeled direct beach front vacation home. walk to Bridge Street.

View to die for.....Sweet Dreams is the lower left unit of four units of Beach Dreams.It is a Two bedroom unit that will sleep six with a sleeper sofa and two twin beds in the second bedroom. It has two bathrooms and a full kitchen. One car per unit is allowed. If you need additional parking, it is available however only one car is the allowed limit. Washer and dryer included as well as dishwasher. Nothing better than this spot for your beach dreams. This unit offers one master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. Beach towels, two beach chairs and one umbrellas are included with this rental. Internet and wifi is included, however, It is the island and once in a while it is not working. This is normal on the island also. This property is 308 Gulf Drive South unit B.
This property has been remodeled since the hurricane and is opened for bookings.

Perfect Little Spot

Perfect little condo right on the sand, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and bars. Great beach access, wonderful views, and everything you need for a long weekend at the beach.

We loved our stay here while in Bradenton Beach. Very nice and clean, great location, great view and steps from the water! Love that the beach towels were provided! I only have 3 stars for the online listing because the description stated that beach chairs were provided but they are not.

Amazing Experience

Absolutely loved the location of the property. It was just a few steps to the beach. It is also located near Bridge street and was just a short walk away. The interior of the home was so cute. Loved the kitchen area with all the necessities available. We had 4 people in our group. The 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and sofa sleeper accommodated all our needs. We spent a lot of time on the porch area watching the sunset. We definitely want to revisit this property!!

The best sunsets

This is the 2nd time that we stayed in this property and is the best decision, very close of everything, the beach right there a few steps away, very comfy, like home definitely next summer we will come back

Perfect Location

Lovely cozy home stay exactly as described. Steps from the beach where you can watch the sunset from the patio. A little confusion with the check-in process but was quickly solved with the property manager. We would happily stay again!

Perfect Island Location

Wendy hosted an amazing little beach cottage. Right off Gulf Drive S and walking distance to all the great things off of Bridge St. This is a great little place on the beach and in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the island. I will definitely be staying here again!

Wendy was great to deal with, our unit had issues prior to our arrival and she upgraded us to another unit with no hassle or up charge. She responded to our questions at all times of the day and very quickly. Thank you for the experience and will book with you again.

The best place

My family and I spend 1 week at this place and it was like a dream, every morning we took the breakfast on the porch with the beach view, they have a new beautiful white couch that is not in the pictures, the beds are really comfy, everything was clean, we Spend every single day at the beach that it is a few steps away from the door, and stay until the sunset it was magic , we definitely come back to this beautiful and peaceful place

Best location!

The beachfront condo was not only on the beach but walking distance to the cute strip of the beach town. Parking was tricky (even at the condo its tight) so good location was a huge asset, plus glorious to cocktail at sunset and coffee at sunrise on the beach. Bring basics like shower soap & coffee pods for the keurig! Really loved being there!

Great place

Location can’t be beat . Unit had everything we needed . Really appreciated the strong AC system, comfortable bedding , and well appointed kitchen. Ground floor unit was convenient and didn’t hear the neighbors hardly at all . We had a rain leak first day , a couple of buckets of water , this was right before hurricane so it could have been severe problem for next guests . Hope to see AMI again in the future !

Perfect for 4. Right on the beach. Unfortunately you can’t see the beach from the porch. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the beach Sunday market. Was a little noisy with traffic constantly going by but that is the upside and the downside of being so close.

Perfect first time on AMI

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is exactly as described in listing and you are literally steps away to an amazing beach location. The unit itself is very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation - daily breakfast on our front porch, morning/ sunset walks on the beach, spotted dolphins and a manatee swam right past us a few times (mid morning hours). Great restaurants and quaint shops within 2 min walk to Bridge St. And it's just a short drive to other beaches - Coquina Beach has a craft/ food market set up in parking lot 2x per week and a walk on the beach there is a must - stunning views to enjoy. Already thinking about staying here next year!

Fall break getaway

Our stay was great. Being just a few weeks after Hurricane Ian we were very concerned that we would have to cancel. We were able to communicate with Wendy and she did a great job of keeping us updated. The property was great, right on the beach right next to the public beach access. There is a small side porch but no view of the gulf considering the neighbors property backs right up to the house and sits between the property and the beach. Thankfully the public access is right out the side door. Wendy's place is clean, well stocked, organized, and perfectly located! Bridge St. is half a block away and we had a blast strolling over there to shop and eat.

Location! Location! Location!

We just completed a heavenly 10 days on Anna Maria Island at “Sweet Dreams” in Bradenton Beach. The condo was even better than the photos on VRBO. The living room now has a new couch and coffee table. Wendy was very responsive to some additional items needed in the condo. The location was spectacular!! We were right next to the beach path and a short distance to historic Bridge Street with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. To make the stay in the small comfortable condo even better, I would suggest the addition of towel bars in both bathrooms. The bedroom with two twin beds has no closet. A wall mounted closet system providing a place to hang clothes is badly needed. If you want a convenient place practically on the beach and close to town, you won’t regret staying at “Sweet Dreams”
