Ubicado en lo alto de una colina, nuestra estadía ofrece impresionantes vistas del Valle de Santa Ynez y privacidad, pero muy cerca de la ciudad, las tiendas y la degustación de vinos.

The host is close if any concerns. Unit was clean, spacious and the view fabulous. Very comfortable. Bonded with the barn cat who was gorgeous. One can rent an hotel room at the Landsby, or enjoy a private experience at this location. I choose view and privacy.

Everything was as described! It was quiet, secluded, and an easy drive to Solvang. We were greeted by these sweet little kitties who loved meowing at us! The night sky is amazingly clear. The studio has everything we needed. If I had one nitpick it would be the pillows on the bed were on the flimsy side, but serviceable. Communicating with the host was easy and quick. We had no problems! We would definitely stay again, thank you!

A Experience!

What a beautiful location at a reasonable price. Check-in process was very simple and great communication from the homeowners. At one point, we happened to meet the owners and they were extremely awesome. I absolutely loved the visiting and petting the friendly animals on the premises. We were approximately 15 minutes from Downtown Solvang and there's a great market about five minutes away. There is no doubt we will return for another visit. The location and its owners are a hidden gem in the Los Olivos area.

My Husband and I were very impressed with the farmhouse. The location is beautiful and the Sunset views were my favorite. Inside is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed meeting Leanna and her beautiful family. They were very welcoming and friendly. The suggestions and directions of local spots were helpful. We enjoyed learning about the mini donkeys and chickens. They were super quiet and friendly. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. I highly recommend staying here for peace and quiet. I felt very safe and comfortable. Parking was perfect, right out the gate. My new favorite getaway spot!
Parking was a breeze.
Sunsets were spectacular!
Kitchen is very spacious and clean.
Seating outside to enjoy the weather.

Perfect Santa Barbara County acation spot.

Everything was better than advertised. The pictures don’t do justice to the views. The neighborhood is beautiful and perfect for morning walks and runs and we loved seeing the animals. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

As always, a great stay at Westbrooks Farm! Have stayed several times and this is our ‘go to’ location. Our home away from home. Peaceful and convenient while closely located to outdoor activities, wineries and tasting rooms and amazing restaurants.

Peaceful Getaway

Westbrook Farms cottage is the perfect stay for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the Los Olivos area. The unit is spacious with a comfy king size bed, well appointed kitchen and outdoor area. Both Leanna and her husband Ryan are welcoming and knowledgeable about the area offering suggestions on restaurants or activities as requested. We have stayed several times and always come back because of their hospitality, the cottage vibe, and proximity to the Santa Ynez valley wineries, restaurants, biking, and hiking.

Peaceful Cottage

Another wonderful stay! This is a beautiful property with proximity to Los Olivos, Ballard, and Santa Ynez. We enjoyed biking to all areas, shopping, the farm stands and of course, wine tasting. Loved the fresh eggs, quiet evenings and the star filled sky. We will be back - again!

Views, Fresh Air and Easy Living

Magical Experience!

We loved staying on the "farm", so much space for the 2 of us for our special anniversary weekend. The place is set up very well, quiet wonderful neighborhood, great for walks, spending time with the animals here and seeing others out on walks. Loved meeting the chickens and having fresh eggs. Photos are very accurate. Close to everything, just driving around is wonderful. We enjoyed the many great restaurants and wineries. Leanne the owner is delightful and patient with all our questions. Only suggestions we'd have that would bring us back, is firmer mattress (we are picky that way) and use some CLR on the shower head it has mineral build up to strengthen the flow for rinsing off. No one else mentioned these things, so it may just be us. This is a great experience for a getaway and enjoy the beauty of this area away from the typical hotel experience.

Charming farmhouse stay in beautiful setting!

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay with all of the amenities we needed. Such a cute and comfortable cottage! We loved meeting the chickens and geese, and the eggs were a real treat, too! Fragrant lavender, jasmine vines, and other vegetation carefully planted in garden beds, pots and planters, further add to the charming environment. The bbq grill was also an asset. All in all, It was the perfect location for the many activities we enjoyed in the area. The only thing we wished for was a hammock or some chaise loungers to nap in outside!
