Tenemos las mejores vistas de la calle e impresionantes montañas y estamos ubicados justo en el tercer tee del campo Vista. Una villa increíble con un excelente plano de planta con dos habitaciones Master Suite y cama convertible, 2. 5 baños, (para 4-6).

El gran patio es fantástico para entretenerse, hacer barbacoas o relajarse en el exuberante campo de golf. Esta increíble casa cuenta con 3 televisores de pantalla plana, internet inalámbrico y televisión por cable. Con master suites dobles, esta villa es perfecta para dos familias, visitantes o simplemente una escapada muy romántica para dos. Very Pleasant!

The Villa was exactly as advertised, clean and complete with everything needed. Met owners who were very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend the property and would stay again!!

Excellent stay and community

David and Stephanie were wonderful hosts. Their property is well maintained, has great amenities, and is well equipped for longer stays. The community is extremely friendly and we felt very welcome. Hosts are extremely easy to work with and very responsive. We look forward to renting with them again.

Great community, cozy place

As our first time, we had a great time during our stay at Palm Spring. David was super responsive and organized on everything. He and Stephanie made sure we understood everything and personally dropped by to meet and greet, which we really appreciated. The place was well maintained, tons of household necessary items already in place (MUCH more than what we expected or have seen at any other vacation rental ever). The community was great with accessible pools, walkways and near all essential good. We had a bit of a hiccup on the media / TV settings and though we ran out of time to fix it, David did everything he could to rectify.

Fantastic stay

We had such a lovely stay here, and the Desert Princess community is fantastic. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our 45 day stay. We truly felt at home here. Communication with the owner was great and we had no problems checking in or out. The bedrooms were huge and each had their own bathroom and shower. The patio and firepit were a very nice feature, and the upstairs patio off the bedroom was lovely for eating or just enjoying a cup of coffee. The views of the mountains are spectacular. The community is quiet, safe, and has over 30 pools and hot tubs for tenants to choose from, along with golfing and tennis. We also greatly appreciated the bikes that were left for us to use. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home was even better than the pictures show. The home is well equipped. I even made a full Thanksgiving dinner while we were here. We were in a great location. Desert Princess is a beautiful, quite country club with beautiful views of mountains, palm trees, and a changing sky. Lots of friendly neighbors. It was a perfect spot to enjoy ourselves, even during a COVID lockdown.

My husband and I enjoyed our time so much here that we booked it again for next year. The location to restaurants and shops is ideal. The gated community is securely monitored and the staff and residents are very friendly. The property is exactly like described in the write-up. David and Stephanie are so nice and easy to deal with!

Beautiful views!

As mentioned in the title, the views are simply spectacular! Golf courses and mountains and beautiful landscape. We loved sitting in the front with our morning coffee, and in the evenings with a glass of wine around the firepit. This quiet condo has everything you need and more. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels, sheets and pillows. David and Stephanie were just lovely to work with and were always instantly responsive.

Perfect winter getaway!

This Desert Princess Villa is very nicely appointed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space is ideal for entertaining and overlooks a Par 3 Golf tee box - we heard one player cheer his hole-in-one! A full guest suite on the upper floor provides privacy for visitors. The kitchen is well-equipped with great appliances; nothing is missing. Excellent walking and cycling right out the front door, clubhouse restaurant or Doubletree Hotel dining,and the heated pool just a short walk away, all add to the resort style living. Great neighbours, shopping nearby - we have only positive remarks. Can't wait to return.... And last but not least, the landlord/owners are lovely people and very responsive to queries or needs.

Beautiful and relaxing

Our family had an amazing time here and are already talking about coming back! Dessert Princess is a beautifully maintained complex. The pool is so nice and relaxing and kept at the perfect temperature. The bikes that are provided were great! We loved being able to go for rides around the complex. David and Stephanie were wonderful to deal with, such nice people, and their house was perfect for our family. We loved the house!

We love Palm Springs so much we decided to get our own place. We are 2 hours away and really enjoy our Trancas house and our Palm Springs friends. The outdoor kitchen is so relaxing we sit out there almost every night.

Sometimes we go to one of our favorite places, Melvyn's. Melvyn's is where Frank Sinatra and other iconic celebrities liked to hang out. It still has that vibe and pictures of famous patrons line the walls. We like sitting at the bar and having appetizers while listening to the piano player. Occasionally a guest will sing a song or two and the dance floor is available for a totally fun evening.

There are many places to enjoy evenings out in the area so we never have a dull moment!

We have friends in real estate who knew we were looking. They showed us places outside of the Desert Princess, but until we saw THIS house, nothing screamed "good time, relaxing, party house"! Our friends have lived at the Desert Princess for years and just love it. Now when we visit we all get together and it's always hard to leave when it's time to go to our other home.

David and I are always working to stay in shape and the gym, pools, tennis courts, and golf course helps us do it with pleasure. Our house has absolutely everything we need so we can enjoy both staying in and going out.

Everyone who visits our home loves the exquisite view of the golf course, palm trees, and mountains from our home. Our upstairs master suite even has a balcony! The house is spacious and beautiful.
