Esta unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños se encuentra en el quinto piso con vista a las hermosas playas de arena blanca y al Golfo de México. Family vacay 2025

It was an excellent location. The fridge leaks water out of the ice maker so we had frequent puddles to wipe up but other than that we had an excellent stay! We loved the size of the balcony and the ease of beach access.

Great Stay

Good condo! Comfortable beds and feels spacious. Need to bring your own coffee filters and know the property sets the rental chairs further back from the ocean to allow others to set up in front of you. Not a deal breaker, but nice to know!

Excellent vacation

We had a lovely time in #507. It was spacious and comfortable. The property itself was kept clean and well maintained. We will absolutely be back in coming years. Thank you for helping to provide a much needed break for our family.

Fall vacation

Beautiful weather and perfect location. Only gave 4 stars due to ice maker not in working order. Was not repaired as of the date we arrived nor the date we checked out. 2 ice bags was left in the freezer.

Wonderful vacation!

Perfect week for vacation as it was early enough to beat the summer crowd! Elevator directly across from condo was convenient and no noticeable noise. Wonderful view from the 5th floor! Very spacious for 6 adults! Having the extra half-bath was great! Did have freezer issues as the line was frozen so we had no ice, but management had someone there ASAP. We did not want to allow it to defrost because it was packed with our food for the week. Only thing missing from the kitchen was a long spatula for grilling burgers. Highly recommend!

Nice Stay at Regency Isle 507

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family trip to celebrate Thanksgiving. Overall, a very lovely stay. Beautiful water view, well-furnished, comfortable condo. Spacious layout, well-maintained. However, the cleaning could have been improved - we found sand all over one of the bed's covers/comforter. Also, we were staying in for meals due to Covid, however, one of the burners on the stove was not working. At the property, the elevators were not working on a couple of occasions. Can't beat the location and would recommend to friends.

Love the location

We really enjoyed our stay at this location, It was stocked with all of the essentials that we needed for our stay. We were very fortunate to be able to stay an extra night. The only issue that we had was we always look for places with a washer and dryer for our stay. Upon arrival, we found that the washing machine wasn’t working. We reported it to the rental company and they brought us extra linens. We added the extra night at the end of our stay and requested additional linens. After two email requests and two phone calls we never received the linens for the last night of our stay. This was very disappointing way to end our stay. Other than that, we had a great stay.

AC did not cool efficiently

The facility was great however the AC did not cool well in this unit. It would not get below 72 degrees and it was even warmer in the master bedroom. This hot momma needs AC at night to sleep and I’m willing to pay for it! If I would have known they do not allow you to lower the temperature in this condo I would have never rented it.

Week at the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a fire alarm test done on the most rainy day and everyone had to leave their rooms. An elderly couple said there was one the weekend before as well. Let control also came while we were there as well as maintenance twice. Nobody knocked to come in they put in the door code and walked right in. Not professional at all. They also had a crew re doing the door trim so we heard hammering and loud noises starting at 7:00 am every morning. Not the most relaxing stay.

Wonderful beachfront condo!!

This condo was a wonderful place for our family to stay! Plenty of room for the 4 of us! We loved the kitchen and being able to cook our meals both in there and at the grills below. Only thing was there was no skillet! The jacuzzi tub in the master bath was great, but there wasn't always enough hot water to fill it up. And the shower in the other bathroom was tricky (we only figured out how it worked on the second to last day!) - you have to pull down on the gold ring on the faucet to get the water to come out of the shower head! The balcony area was AMAZING!!! We ate out there, enjoyed watching dolphins severals mornings while drinking our coffee out there, it was just perfect! We would definitely come back again!!! We did experience, like some others who have left reviews, the door code not working on the last day. Thankfully, our kids were still asleep inside when we locked ourselves out taking our last morning stroll on the beach and we were able to wake them up to let us in. Just be careful on that last day!

Regency Isle hits the sweet spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at Regency Isle. Condo 507 was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Pros: spacious curved balcony, condo was steps away from the elevators, which were fast and smooth, covered parking for our vehicle, multiple rinsing/shower stations along the boardwalk, short walk to the beach, the beautiful manicured green space and pavilion with grills and picnic tables, and plenty of space around the outdoor pool. Cons: difficult to find adequate places to hang damp towels to dry, internet was sporadic, deck furniture was sturdy, but unwieldy and the Adirondack chairs were so uncomfortable they could not be used. The heater in the indoor pool and jacuzzi must have been broken. The pool was too cold to be usable and the jacuzzi was unpleasantly lukewarm.All in all, we were very impressed with the facilities and look forward to returning again...soon!

For the cost of renting the condo, I was disappointed to be charged for parking, not additional parking, but $56 approximately for parking. Have not come across that before renting a condo. I don’t agree with passing on HOA charges to the customer.Otherwise, I would highly recommend renting this unit.
