The Space:
Regency Isle 1104 is an extravagant 3-bedroom, 3-bath penthouse in Orange Beach that comfortably sleeps six guests. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed into a bright, cheerful living space designed for relaxation and unforgettable Gulf-front views.
The fully equipped kitchen features everything needed for effortless meals at home, including both a standard coffee maker and Keurig. The dining table seats six, with two additional spots at the breakfast bar. A wet bar with an ice maker is conveniently located just off the living area. Settle into ample seating, enjoy the flat-screen TV/DVD, and take in floor-to-ceiling water views through expansive glass doors.
The primary suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a luxurious private bath with jetted tub, separate shower, and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms each feature queen beds, flat-screen TVs, and private baths with tub/shower combos. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with generous closet space and bedside lighting for evening unwinding.
A dedicated laundry room provides a new full-size washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, and essentials, along with Wi-Fi for added convenience.
Located less than half a mile from the Flora-Bama, the penthouse is perfectly positioned for iconic local events such as the Frank Brown Songwriters Festival, Mullet Toss, New Year’s Eve celebrations, and Bulls on the Beach.
Your stay includes two reserved, covered parking spaces on the second parking level.

Guests will have access to all of the complex amenities that you expect from a premier gulf-front resort such as: gulf-side pool and hot tub, indoor heated pool and hot tub, sauna/seam rooms, fitness room, picnic/cooking pavilion with gas grills, volleyball court and horseshoes. The business center/conference room has internet access and a copier/fax machine available.

The Neighborhood:
When you're not grilling or dining in at this beautiful condo, sample one of many local eateries around town - several have been featured in Southern Living Magazine. The famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar is only a short 5-minute walk from the unit and is a local hotspot for freshly shucked oysters, delicious seafood, and a litany of fun events such as their annual Interstate Mullet Toss!
Drive 6 miles down the island to the Lost Key Golf Club. Here you can play a round of golf on a picturesque course and enjoy lunch in the restaurant afterwards. This beautiful 18-hole course is situated near Dolphin Pass on Perdido Key and was redesigned by the famous Arnold Palmer Design Group. Other golfing choices around Orange Beach include Craft Farms, Glen Lakes, and more.
This unit is a short 5-minute drive to downtown Orange Beach, grocery stores, and is situated near local shopping centers and restaurants. There are numerous places nearby for rental needs such as jet skis, stand-up paddle boards, and helicopter tours of the coast! Also, within a short 10-minute drive are State and National Gulf Coast Parks. Conveniently located, there is something nearby for everyone to see and do!

Smoking is prohibited around the indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, and BBQ areas.
A designated smoking area is located at the west end of the ground-level parking area.

🌾 Beach & Dune Rules
Do not walk on dunes or sea oats (protected by state law).
Place tents behind the beach service chairs.
No beach equipment may be left on the beach after sunset.
🚁 Drones
Drones may not be flown, launched, or landed on Regency Isle property.
Orange Beach law prohibits drones on the beach north of the mean tide line.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
Upon arrival, you will get parking pass from our office which is 4.8 miles from the complex. If coming in town from the Beach Express, it is only one mile “out of the way”.
Interaction with Guests:
We live locally and are available if needed. Office hours are M-F, 8AM-4PM. Sat/Sun, 10AM-12PM. After-hours calls are fielded by a call center who will notify us in the event of an emergency. After-hours messages will be fielded the next business day.
