Con cinco habitaciones y muchos lugares para entretener, ¡esta casa es el lugar perfecto para familias, amigos o parejas que viajan juntas!

El espacio: entrar por las puertas francesas de la cubierta trasera. Encontrará una cocina completa con dos refrigeradores y congeladores Sub Zero, una cocina Wolf de seis quemadores más una plancha, encimeras de granito, horno de microondas / convección, dos lavaplatos, dos lavabos, una isla grande con asientos y una mesa de comedor grande con asientos para ocho. Una ducha al aire libre se encuentra justo al lado de la cubierta trasera.

La sala de estar se abre a la cocina con puertas francesas que se abren a una amplia terraza de 1,000 pies cuadrados con muchos asientos. Desde la sala de estar, las puertas corredizas de bolsillo se abren a la sala de la familia / película con un gran sofá seccional y un televisor de pantalla curva grande. Las puertas francesas conducen a una pequeña terraza y un hermoso jardín: el lugar perfecto para ver los espectaculares atardeceres de Nantucket sobre una botella de vino.

Hermosos jardines bien cuidados y jardines siempre florecientes con plantas perennes y muchas variedades de hortensias azules, púrpuras y rosas rodean la propiedad. Increíble espacio al aire libre con la estación superior de la línea y bar.

Estamos ubicados en el nuevo carril bici de Cisco, a una corta distancia a pie de la ciudad (una milla) con tiendas divertidas, excelentes restaurantes y vida nocturna, sin mencionar un corto viaje en bicicleta a Cisco Brewery, Bartlett Farm y Cisco Beach.

Mi esposo y yo vivimos en la isla y estamos encantados de ayudarle con cualquier pregunta que pueda tener durante su visita.

This house is perfect in every way! The gathering spaces for entertaining are plentiful, the heated pool and outdoor areas allowed both adults and kids to enjoy our perfect 70’s weather. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of space to cook and dine. The owners were available if needed immediately! All bedrooms and bath were styled beautifully!

Tom was the best host .The house was perfect for two separate families to stay in . The downstairs features a completely separate living area with kitchen . This was fantastic for two families with small children who are on separate schedules . The outside of the home was the best part from the pool to the playground . Amazing home and host !

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Nantucket home! The pool was absolutely perfect—clean, private, and a great spot to relax after a day exploring the island. The sports room was a huge hit with everyone, offering fun and entertainment for all ages. Tom and Mary Jo were incredibly responsive and thoughtful hosts, making sure everything was just right throughout our stay. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable Nantucket getaway!

Loved the location and the ability to walk & bike everywhere. Wonderful backyard and pool area. House fully stocked with everything. The barn was a fun entertaining area!

Fantastic summer retreat

The house had more then we needed to enjoy our week on Nantucket! Beautiful grounds, comfortable and well stocked home and inviting pool. Tom and Mary-Jo were gracious and very accommodating to our needs. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Perfect family vacation house

As the owner told us, you only have to bring yourselves and that was an understatement. The house had everything you might need for a beach vacation. Plus a beautiful property with a pool, and space to eat and relax outside. We had the best time. We were 6 adults and 3 young children.

Perfect ACK get-away

This home and property are clean and beautiful, with everything our family could want. The backyard and pool offer multiple seating options in both sun and shade. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The game room and memorabilia add a fun element. The location is perfect for going to the beach or into town. Tom and Mary-Jo are excellent and attentive hosts. We have rented many vacation homes in Nantucket and elsewhere. This is the first time we are already booked to come back to the same house next year.

Perfect ACK Family Getaway

This is the second year in a row we stayed at this property owned by the amazing host and hostess. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very nicely furnished and decorated. I want to live here :). The yard is the most beautiful I have ever seen, and the heated pool is so fun, and has a cover and plenty of toys and rafts to enjoy. Very fun game room and whimsically decorated for any sports fanatic (which we are). My husband and I with our 3 kids stayed with our 6 year old and 9 year old daughters, and with our son who turned 13 while on property. For one night, my husband’s brother, wife and newborn stayed in the basement apartment complete with master bedroom, and a nursery that they enjoyed very much. There was also a room with 2 twin beds that were not used. Location is very close by walk or bike into town/marina, and easy bike access to beaches, many paved bike paths, hiking trails, and single track mountain bike trails nearby. Such a great property and looking forward to booking next year!

Lovely home in a perfect location

We had a wonderful two-week visit to this amazing home. Mary-Jo and Tom were very engaged hosts that frequently checked in to ensure things were going smoothly. We had a large crew plus two dogs with us, and the house and beautiful backyard provided more than ample space for everyone to enjoy some much needed rest and relaxation. The location is very convenient, essentially equidistant between town and Cisco Brewery. The weather was fantastic the entire time, which really brought everything together. Thanks!

Wonderful Nantucket Home

Our family enjoyed our stay at this well appointed home. The personal touch in the home decor truly makes this home welcoming. The beautiful kitchen is spacious for family gatherings and has everything you need. The outdoor landscaping is immaculate, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Great location. Gorgeous home with great location and a ton of activities.

Mary-Jo and Tom were fantastic hosts that were super communicative and helpful in answering all of our questions and ensuring we had a great stay. Their home is absolutely beautiful and great for hosting a large group with a huge open kitchen, plenty of living room spaces, and an expansive backyard and patio. The yard and house have everything you could need during your stay (yard games, indoor games, beach chairs, grill, outdoor seating, etc.) to keep your group entertained and enjoying Nantucket. The location is convenient for getting to town as well as the other side of the island (beaches, Cisco brewery etc.). I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back soon!

Perfect house for gathering with family and friends

The house is spectacular, plenty of space for our group of 9 and fully equipped with everything you need. Outdoor decks, BBQ, lawns and gardens are beautiful. The Owners, Tom & Mary Jo are the BEST, very accommodating and friendly. We will be back!

A great Trade up!

The Naushop property sold between our booking and arrival, so Mary-Jo McCann offered us their property at 78 Milk Street Ext.!! 78 Milk Street Ext. is a dream property for any large family or group. The house is fantastic with 2 complete living spaces and everything you would ever need for entertaining! The outside property is also immaculate and huge for games of Bocce ball and Corn hole along with a great children's playground!! the decks and furnishings make for hours of fun outside on the property. The McCann family is awesome to work with and extremely generous with all that the house offers. Check out 78 Milk Street Ext.!

Excellent house in an excellent, central location!

This was our first time in Nantucket and we feel so lucky to have picked the Just Washed Inn. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located at the center of the island with quick access to bike paths, beaches, and town. After long days on the beach and riding bikes, we loved having the game room/basement to relax together playing ping pong and bumper pool. Mary-Jo made sure we had everything we needed and more. We can’t wait to come back!

If there were 10 Stars the property and the owners would get 12 Stars—Seriously!!

We have traveled to many places and always prefer renting houses so we can enjoy our family time together. This house was amazing. It was so well decorated, spacious and enjoyable. The backyard was huge and they had all kinds of yard games to enjoy. We cooked in one night lobsters on the outside grill, steaks, shrimp, tuna—they had everything you needed. The porch with their many sofas and swing chairs were great places to relax at the end of the day and just enjoy a drink, a warm fire, after a day at the beach or dining out or shopping in town. The location of the house is perfect. It’s right on the bike path. We rented bikes from Young’s Bike Rental and rode to Bartlett Farms Store, Cisco Brewery, downtown and even the beaches. The house is one of the nicest homes we ever stayed in—and we have stayed at some amazing homes at several places in the states as well as the Virgin Islands. Finally, I can’t say enough about Mary Jo and Tom. What beautiful and friendly people!! They helped suggest restaurants, recommended beaches, where to go and what to do. You are renting from a nice family—just like the people they like to rent to. We left after 4 wonderful days disappointed we didn’t stay longer. Tom says “just show up with your toothbrush and toothpaste—we have everything else you’ll need at the house”. This couldn’t be more true. If you stay at Tom and Mary Jo’s getaway home you’ll leave with new friends. Thanks Mary Jo and Tom for everything!! The Boff’s

Perfect home for a family vacation on Nantucket !

This home has all the facilities you will ever need for your family on vacation; tons of space, a games room, a pool and tennis court across the street and a great location close to Nantucket town. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home and fantastic hosts

Our party could not have picked a better headquarters for a long weekend island stay. Very clean, centrally located, and stocked with great throwback rec room activities, this home in Naushop was exceptionally comfortable even at its capacity. The McCann's were first class, provided us with everything we needed, and opened their doors as if we were old family friends. Would highly recommend to vacationing families and groups of friends alike.

Gorgeous house perfectly located, with wonderful owners

The McCann's could not have been more gracious hosts! They allowed us use of several bikes which we used to get to town and the beach. Disc golf and corn hole made for backyard fun, and the grounds were big enough for 4-4 soccer! Highly recommend the property.

Great stay on Nantucket

We had a wonderful three days staying at this home on Nantucket. The large kitchen is amazing, and we enjoyed spending time in the expansive outdoor area as well. Mary-Jo and Tom were also kind enough to give us access to the bike shed, which were great for short trips to the beach and to town.
