Villa Vista Mar Romántica es una casa totalmente restaurada en mayo de 2019: justo al comienzo del camino más espectacular cerca del mar en esta isla, llamada "Rambla de Castro", encontrará esta zona de villas privadas, entre las que destaca esta magnífica casa de 175 m2 en una parcela de 605 m2: lo que hace que esta casa sea extraordinaria es su situación, que garantiza vistas al mar y al Puerto de la Cruz. La casa tiene un gran jardín con una piscina muy privada y una cama balinesa. Al entrar en la casa, encuentran el piso principal de 106 m2 que consta de una cocina totalmente nueva (terminada en mayo de 2019), una hermosa sala de estar con un SMART TV de 42' con satélite y terraza abierta con muebles de exterior. En ese nivel también hay 2 dormitorios y 1 baño. Arriba, encontrará un espacio de 37 m2 donde se encuentra el dormitorio principal con baño privado y dos terrazas, una con vistas al Teide y otra al mar. El jardín a nivel del suelo tiene una piscina muy privada de 7. 5 m x 3. 5 m; en ese nivel hay un espacio de 32 m2 que consta de un dormitorio con baño en suite. Se recomienda disponer de un coche, aunque tiene una parada de autobús a 200 metros y un restaurante muy famoso a solo 700 metros, y la zona de El Toscal, donde puede encontrar muchos restaurantes y tiendas. A solo 6 minutos en coche se encuentra Playa del Socorro y, al otro lado, Playa Jardín y Loro Parque. Hay un estacionamiento suficiente para 2 coches
Las 3 habitaciones en la casa principal están preparadas para reservas de 4-6 personas. La habitación al lado de la piscina solo se prepara cuando tenemos reservas para 7-8 personas (si la reserva se hace para menos de 7 personas pero desean disponer de los cuatro dormitorios, se requiere un suplemento y avisar con antelación.
La parada de autobús más cercana es la número 4185 (parada La Longera) en la calle El Monturrio, 18. Los autobuses que paran en esa parada son: 353, 354 y 381 (directo al centro de Puerto) y normalmente pasa un autobus cada 20 minutos. El servicio de transporte público es económico y puntual. También podemos informarle sobre la parada de taxis más cercana, puede llamar para que le recojan en la casa.

Second time at the same place

Relaxing week with friends

Lovely spacious villa with wonderful outside space and amazing sea views in a quiet position. There are shops /restaurants/bars within a 10 minute walk and a supermarket 5mins drive away. The owner Mark was very quick in responding to any questions we had.

Great winter spot

The property was just like the listing. It is located in a very quiet area and it is close to everything you need for a great vacation. We visited the zoo and aquarium and also went to the Michelin restaurant at the Ritz Carleton and stayed there overnight. We went all over the island and enjoyed the place immensely. We went to the beaches and the scenery was amazing. The driving takes a little getting use to as well as the parking. Overall we and our family had a wonderful time.

Beautiful house that is perfect for a family

The house is in great location but I would recommend having a car. Before arriving we got great info re. restaurants and things to see, as well as recommendations for New Years Eve. Few upgrades could be done especially with the extra room where there is very little airconditioning. But overall á good experience.

Totally relaxing venue - fabulous.

A fantastic home with great amenities, everything you need. The master bedroom (upstairs) had plenty of storage and a great en-suite. The bed was very hard, but very comfortable. It’s location is not for the party animal, but a great quiet location close to the necessary shops. Breakfast on the balcony with great sea views was the best start for the day. It would have been nice to have been met at the location and shown how to use some of the items, eg the hob, which took us 30 mins to crack, but for some a minor issue. We did contact the owner regarding a number of queries and were assisted with no hesitation, for example local taxis. The buses into Puerto De La Cruz were cheap and very timely. We also hired a car and had plenty of parking in the street. Overall a stunning property that I definitely recommend.

Enjoyable holiday

The villa was spacious ,the kitchen had everything you need. Two downstairs bedrooms and a double bedroom upstairs with a lovely balcony. The double bedroom was not very clean. There is no air conditioning in the villa and no fans available so it gets quite warm in the evening. The garden and pool were lovely. The downstairs sitting area needs a clean and re paint. There is no information to tell you where to find things or how to use the tv etc. There are no large bins nearby to put your rubbish. If you have a car you can drive to the nearest bins ,its a 20min walk up a steep hill if you dont have a car. So thats not very good. It was easy to order taxis into town. We all had a lovely holiday , just needed a bit more attention to make our stay more comfortable.

Indeed, in the list of amenities of the house, air conditioning is Not announced because we do not have it (it is very rare to find a house with Aircon in Tenerife: our climate is soft). I'm sorry I didn't mention that the garbage cans are 40 meters from the house. We will follow your suggestions about updating the house. However, we are all very sad for the 3 star review because the score of the house drops a lot, but we gladly accept it and look forward to your next visit!

Great Stay!

We visited this villa as a reunion with a few friends. The rooms and facilities were exactly as described, the downstairs room even has a sauna! The only thing of note would be that the 'day bed' by the pool has seen better days (probably as there is no cover from the rain). The hosts even kitted the kitchen out with bottled water and snacks. There's everything you need e.g., oil, spices, salt etc... and plenty of plates and cooking utensils. The hosts were extremely helpful, providing recommendations when asked and are very quick to respond with any issues. Wifi is good but obviously a bit slow when 7 people are all using it. But you can get a good 4G signal too. Also the neighbours are very sensitive to any noise. The villa is advertised as being in a quiet neighbourhood and we respected that but I think it shouldn't be frowned upon for just talking outside. The hosts were very understanding of this but did have to reiterate their message to keep noise down. Although this only occurred once. The nearest beach is about 35 minute walk away in either direction, both very pretty walks. There's a bus you can take into the centre of Puerto de la Cruz which only takes about 10 minutes (for 1.45 euros each way). There's a shop up the hill which is about 5 -10 minutes away otherwise there's a big Lidl about 20 minutes away. Great location if you want to be somewhere pretty and that feels quite local. If you want more of a nightlife or bigger beaches you are better staying in the South. Overall great experience.

Ein schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und das Haus hat viel Platz. In der Sackgasse vor dem Haus kann man gut parken.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Gastgeber sind bei Fragen und Wünschen gut erreichbar. Die Aussicht ist einfach wunderschön.Die Waschmaschine steht draußen neben dem Haus, aber funktioniert. Dem Haus würden einige wenige Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen guttun. Grundsätzlich ist der Zustand aber gut. Wir können das Haus daher empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinem Verbesserungspotential

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen zehntägigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wichtig: wenn man mit vier Personen verreist, und auch vier Schlafzimmer möchte muss man dies im Vorhinein mitteilen und einen Aufschlag zahlen! Sonst gibt es nur 3 Schlafzimmer. Auf unsere Bitte während des Urlaubs das 4 Zimmer zu bekommen wurde reagiert und wir erhielten das Zimmer circa 24 Stunden nach unserer Anfrage. Sonst wird mal ein neuer Geschirrspüler benötigt, was jedoch das einzige ist, was in der Küche fehlt bzw. nicht gut funktioniert. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

Familie Urlaub

Das Haus war für uns sehr gut. Lage Top, ruhig gut für Urlaub und Erholung, vor allem die schöne Sonnenuntergänge am Pool Abend. Wir haben es genossen, schöne Grill Abende gefeiert, in Ruhe selbstverständlich. Wir waren zwei Familie insgesamt sieben Erwachsene und hat für uns Persönlich alles sehr gut gepasst.

Das Haus liegt super , hat einen schönen Garten und einen tollen Pool. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Leider täuschen die Bilder ein wenig. Wer glaubt in ein relativ neu renoviertes , liebevoll eingerichtetet und stylisches Haus zu kommen, der täuscht sich.Die Ankunft war etwas ernüchternd. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist allerdings sehr freundlich und gut, er war immer bemüht sofort die Dinge zu richten und auszutauschen. Leider kann ich nicht empfehlen da zusätzliche Zimmer zu buchen. Ich gehe mal davon aus das dies selten passiert und aus diesem Grund wird wohl selten gelüftet und es riecht ziemlich muffig. Wir hatten in der ersten Urlaubswoche ein anderes Haus und haben gesehen das es auch anders geht.. Schade

Danke für deinen Kommentar. Ich verstehe es jedenfalls nicht ganz so gut. Sie sprechen davon, dass das Haus einen wunderschönen Garten und einen Swimmingpool hat und dass das Problem auf einen muffigen Geruch im Raum zurückzuführen ist. Es kann daran liegen, dass der Zugang nicht möglich war, da die Anlage eine Zeit lang geschlossen war. Sie betonen, dass der Eigentümer sich alle Mühe gegeben hat, jeden Vorfall zu lösen. In Anbetracht des oben Gesagten und der Lektüre der vorherigen Kommentare verstehen wir eine so niedrige Punktzahl nicht. Erwartung nicht erfüllt

Die Beschreibung und die Bilder bei Fewo haben uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben deshalb die Villa gemietet. Aber die Realität entsprach nicht den Versprechungen. Die Bilder vermitteln den Eindruck einer neuen ( renovierten ) Villa. Tatsächlich macht das Objekt einen eher ungepflegten Eindruck. Das versprochene Smart TV ist nicht in der Lage Applikation Apps zur Verfügung zu stellen. Der Eigentümer ( Marc hat sich sehr bemüht ) konnte zwar eine umständliche Verbindung herstellen, der Browser war aber so veraltet, dass DAZN, Prime; Netflix ect. nicht empfangbar waren. Die Küche war nie im Leben erst 4 Jahre alt. Die meisten Scharniere waren ausgeleiert. Überhaupt hatte die Küche ein großes Problem mit Ungeziefer. Obwohl wir alle Lebensmittel sorgsam verpackten, tummelten sich hunderte von kleinen Ameisen überall. Der Müll musste zeitnah vor das Haus oder entsorgt werden. Unter dem Sofa bildeten sich immer wieder Abfälle von Ameisen/Termiten oder sonstiges. Der Garten und die Terrasse wurden nicht gepflegt. Wir kennen es, dass 2 mal wöchentlich eine Reinigung stattfindet. Wir haben alle 2 Tage selbst gekehrt. der Pool wurde in den 14 Tagen nicht gewartet. Ausserdem war er eiskalt. Die Villa ist im November nicht zu empfehlen. Es gibt kaum Sonneneinstrahlung. Die Terrasse ist fast ganztägig im Schatten, der Pool nur teilweise sonnig. Parkplätze nur auf der Straße, obwohl 2 Stellplätze angegeben sind. Mussen 2 mal weiter entfernt parken. Nicht nochmal hierher.

Guten Morgen, vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Nachricht, die uns helfen wird, uns zu verbessern. Ja, wir hatten in der Gegend ein Ameisenproblem, das alle Häuser betraf, weshalb wir die Dienste eines Entwesungsunternehmens in Anspruch nehmen mussten. Wir haben ein neues Garten- und Poolpflegeunternehmen beauftragt. Es tut mir leid, dass Sie schlechtes Wetter hatten, aber der Garten und der Pool sind der Star des Hauses, mit all dem riesigen Platzangebot und der wunderbaren Aussicht. Dies ist eine ruhige Villengegend und unsere Kunden parken im Allgemeinen auf der Straße vor dem Haus. Das Haus verfügt über keinen eigenen Parkplatz, daher ist die Parkbox in der Werbung nicht angekreuzt. Schaut man sich den Kalender an, sieht man, dass fast alle Termine ausgebucht sind, fast alle Gäste Stammgäste sind. Vielen Dank auf jeden Fall für Ihre Kommentare. Wir werden weiterhin daran arbeiten, führend zu bleiben.

Fincaurlaub

Die Aussicht aufs Meer war toll. Das Haus hat aber eine volle Nordlage, so dass weder ein Sonnenaufgang noch ein Sonnenuntergang zu sehen war. Wir waren im November da. Die Sonne scheinte kaum noch aufs Grundstück. Nur unten im Garten gab es teilweise Sonne. Der Pool lag nur am Mittag teilweise der Sonne, so dass er sehr kalt war. Außerdem wurde er in 17 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt. Von anderen Häusern kennen wir es so, dass zweimal die Woche jemand kam und den Pool gereinigt und die Wasserqualität überprüft hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Armaturen blätterten schon teilweise ab, die Scharniere in den Küchenschränken und der Wasserlauf in der Dusche waren rostig. Die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche ging zwar an, hatte aber kaum Saugleistung gehabt. Lebensmittel mussten wir immer verschließen, da es sehr viele Ameisen in der Küche gab, die ansonsten sehr großzügig ist. Der Auẞenbereich müsste mehr gepflegt werden. Insgesamt müssen wir leider sagen, dass wir das Objekt nicht mehr mieten würden.

Guten Morgen, diese Villa ist normalerweise ein Jahr im Voraus ausgebucht und die meisten unserer Gäste kommen zurück. Daher sind wir von Ihrer Bewertung sehr überrascht. Tolles Haus - eine schöne Zeit

anfangs waren wir von der Gegend sehr irritiert (sehr bergige Gegend mit verwinkelten Straßen), aber das Haus und das Grundstück an sich sind sehr schön. Allerdings haben wir schon gepflegtere Anwesen bewohnt, was dem Spaß an der Sache aber keinen Abbruch tat. Das Wesentliche > Die Betten (Matratzen) waren ein Traum und die Badezimmer waren bis auf einen schwergängigen Wasserhahn einwandfrei. Die Ausstattung der Küche erschien uns etwas spartanisch aber durchaus nutzbar. Für den Pool fand sich leider auch kein Schlauch zum Auffüllen. Nach einer Woche Badespaß hatte er es dringend nötig. Nichts destotrotz hatten wir dort eine sehr schöne Zeit.
