Disfruta de la relajación que tanto necesitas en nuestra hermosa casa recientemente renovada frente al canal. La propiedad cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 2 baños, junto con todas las comodidades que necesitará para unas vacaciones en la playa para recordar. La casa está convenientemente ubicada en el canal con acceso a atracar un bote después de un día de pesca. Si la playa es más su estilo, estamos a tres minutos a pie del acceso a la playa de Leland St. ¿No tienes ganas de caminar? Navegue en el carrito de golf provisto, la mejor manera de moverse por Ocean Isle.

Awesome Beach House!

Perfect beach house with awesome outside area, dock and golf cart to use. Easy walk to beach. The owner also had wonderful communication. Would definitely stay again!

great week at OIB

The location is close to the beach and the golf cart makes beach going even easier. We have been staying at OIB for 30 years (different house every year depending on who is coming) and this house has all the amenities and is well stocked / equipped. It will be the first place we check for next year.

Family Reunion

Family vacay

Our stay was great. Location was perfect, could even see the ocean a little though it was second row with the morning front of it empty. Our teens loved fishing from the dock and paddle boarding the canal. We’ve stayed in many houses at OIB and this was the most equipped house we have ever rented (golf cart, pool table, coolers, beach chairs all in great/new usable condition). We completely over packed because we did not realize the house was so equipped. Bonus points that the host was very responsive through VRBO messaging which was helpful. I was nervous to not use a local rental company as we’ve always done but Sarah made my first OIB vrbo rental experience a breeze.

Great beach rental

This was one of the nicest beach rentals we’ve stayed at. We had three small families and fit perfectly. Sarah has put a lot of thought and effort into providing all the amenities needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cooking items and everything was in good working order. She also provided a lot of beach amenities such as chairs, coolers and umbrellas. The house was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place

We had an amazing week in this lovely home. Every detail was thought of amd the kitchen was extremely well stocked or organized. Loved grilling outside. Thank to our wonderful hosts. They were so helpful amd responsive. The location is perfect and we had an enjoyable first trip to Ocean Isle. Do not hesitate to book. You will not be disappointed staying in this home.

Wonderful Beach House

This house has everything that you need for your beach vacation. All you need is your clothes and personal items. The beach was a short two minute walk from the front and the canal for your boat is at the back door. It felt really private and secluded with the foliage. Sarah has it equipped with loads of beach chairs, toys, coolers, bicycles and even a two person kayak. The golf cart was a real bonus. Communication with Sarah was great; I would highly recommend this rental.

Great place to stay

The house was beautiful and clean. Had everything you’d need for a week or longer stay. Host was great and responded to any questions immediately. Great location. Loved the golf cart to ride around in. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Family Vacation

This property was very spacious and accommodating for our family of 12. The teenagers enjoyed the bikes and the golf cart was great for getting back and forth to the beach. The boat dock was perfect for the fishermen and the decks and screened in porch were perfect for relaxing. The only complaint was the cleaning service. There were only 6 towels, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes (some were molded and had to be scrubbed after running the dishwasher) and the grill needed a serious cleaning before we could use it. The sheets on one of the upstairs bedrooms had to be cleaned as well. I contacted the owner and she gave us access to more towels and apologized for the dirty dishes.

Lots of extras

The home had everything to keep all ages comfy and entertained. There were little, unexpected extras around every corner — laundry hampers in each closet, nightlights in the bathrooms and even a hand soap pump at each sink.

Fantastic! Amazing!

This home had EVERYTHING you works want or need in a beach vacation home. It's sills right on the canal and a very short distance to beach which was really accessible with the gold cart or by walking. The VRBO description doesn't do this house justice. We had 8 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of room to be comfortable. It even has an outdoor shower, which became everyone's favorite. 😂 Rent this place! You won't be disappointed. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Great Property and Value

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Sarah, the property manager, was very responsive and made it easy to check-in. The property was clean, spacious, and had a ton of amenities to enjoy. The location was great too, with only a 7min walk to the beach. Would book again!

Favorite beach house and best host!

Our family has been traveling to Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle since 1999. We've stayed in many houses and this home was our favorite. The furnishings were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There were also many games and water toys included with the house. My husband was able to take his first kayak ride and we absolutely loved having the golf cart included with the rental!! The location was great with the canal and the close proximity to the beach. It was an easy walk to the nearby beach access. The communication with the host was unlike any experience I've ever had. She was readily available for all questions and was so kind, friendly and thoughtful in her responses. She had amazing communication and follow-through from the beginning of our rental process until the day we left. I can't adequately express how much her approach as a responsive host positively impacted our stay. Highly, highly recommend this rental home.

Awesome Location with a golf cart

Property is in a perfect spot. Not to far from beach or restaurants but not in a high traffic area. Golf cart is such a nice bonus.

Don't pass this place up!

Sarah's place had everything to have a wonderful beach vacation. The island itself is very upscale and safe and this place is in a great location close to public beach access. Great porches and a fenced back yard was amazing for our kid to play without worrying about him going in the water. Sarah answered any of our questions very fast. The golf cart was awesome to have as well. We will be back!
