This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The cottage is beautiful and well maintained and the sunset view is beyond beautiful. The walk to the beach was just a couple min walk and the pool right around the corner. The host was very friendly and helpful. His communication skills went above and beyond. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Great Cottage

This has to be one of the nicest places we have stayed on any vacation. The cottage was in a great location and we had plenty of room for all 9 of us. John was a great host and very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome beach house!

This was a great beach house for our family of 9! It was clean and had a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Easy access to the beach and pools. We loved the ICW view and spent a lot of time on the deck and patio enjoying that and the sunsets. The owner was easy to communicate with and took care of a minor issue as soon as we got there. Will definitely stay here again!

Hated to leave!

Everything about this cottage was wonderful. It was spotless and perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable , the view from the deck was amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic Stay at Dollar One

Best views in Island Park! Our stay was great. Property was exactly as described and short walk to beach. Jon was great and very responsive to questions and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Highly recommend.

Summer 2020 pandemic vacay

Property had wonderful views of inter coastal waterway and was great for fishing and kayaking. House was well stocked and clean and perfect size for our family.

Perfect Getaway for Family of 5

The property is in a beautiful, quite setting on the waterway and only a 4 min walk to the beach. Very clean spacious property with comfortable beds. Perfect yard space for kids to play with a seating area for parents to sit and watch. Owner was very easy to work with and we plan to rent again.

Great location!

The location is perfect. The sunsets from the back deck were beautiful. Not too far from the beach access and close to the community pool. Kitchen was well stocked. The outside shower was great. Property owner very easy to contact.

Clean Home at a Great Location

The property was clean and the location was great. Indoor and outdoor furniture suited our family’s needs. Beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway and close to the beach. Overall a quiet and (and seemed like) a safe area. Would stay again if we decide to return to OIB next year.

Owner great to work with

We had to cancel our trip due to the hurricane and the owner was great to work with us through the process. He was very available and understanding. We plan on booking the house again soon!

Great annual meeting with friends at Ocean Isle!

The location of this home is absolutely perfect. Watching the sunset on the deck over the water was one of my favorite parts. Beautiful home with everything you need. Short walk to the pool and beach. Owner is a great communicator. Can’t wait to return.

2022 family beach trip

We love this house. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Rooms were spacious. Pool is right around the corner. The view of the waterway is beautiful! Owner was great to work with.
