Bienvenido a nuestro Estudio Ejecutivo, que está disponible en una base mensual para aquellos que desean una A + ubicación - Casco Histórico West Beach - y una propiedad de calidad a un precio competitivo.

El estudio ofrece una cama de matrimonio con cocina totalmente equipada y baño con plato de ducha.

La cocina está totalmente equipada y acompañado con estufa, horno, frigorífico y microondas.

La acogedora sala de estar ofrece un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "con cable extendido.

Estamos ubicados en la zona histórica codiciado West Beach, a pasos de la playa, Las Banos Pública piscina, Stearns Wharf, Puerto, restaurantes de primera clase, y las tiendas del centro, incluyendo nuestro propio mercado local de agricultores. No estamos al lado de la vía del tren, autopista o en una vía comercial.

Perfect stay

Had everything I needed in a great location, just few blocks from the beach and State St. I didn't know how to operate the AC, but literally had everything I needed for my stay. Thanks again for letting me stay here.

Great location and value

I absolutely loved staying here. The only downside is because it’s an old building the noise travels easily , if you’re not ok with a little noise this isn’t for you. The kitchen is stocked with common items and utensils too!will stay here again !

Fantastic location

Great location walking distance from everything in town. Easy to get in and out of and everything needed in this studio accommodation. The bed was comfortable a bit on the small size for me but I am a very tall man.

Just as advertised

Location is great- mostly quiet neighborhood in walking distance of many Santa Barbara favorites. Accommodation is exactly as advertised. Kitchen is great, walk in closet, airy & light room. Everything very clean.

Nice studio close to the harbor

The studio is spacious and comfortable. There is a full kitchen with huge fridge. A laundry is also available inside the building. The locatio is nice and quiet, just 5 min walk to the harbor and the sea, where you can go sailing, kayaking or stand up paddle and 10 min biking to the city centre.

Long term stay

The owner is amazing at responding to any needs you may have in a timely manner. Gave a Personal tour of the property Which was helpful since the laundry and trash are on the opposite side of the building. Everything you will need is stocked for a long term stay ! Bed is very comfortable and fans are available for warmer nights. Stayed here a month and a half. Great experience ! Near the warf and downtown ! Recommend

Great West Beach Spot

Room was small but the thoughtful layout meant that the space felt much bigger than the square footage would indicate. The studio was well appointed and had everything one would need for even an extended stay. Fantastic location for folks interested in beaches, however be prepared for a bit if a walk to State St and downtown. Only downside it that the gorgeous older building does Not have great sound proofing and transferred sound from other units can be readily heard even at normal speaking voices or activity.

Would stay again, but had a small mishap

When I arrived at the studio apartment it appeared the unit was not cleaned as there was trash around the unit and the bed was unmade. I contacted the host who immediately sent cleaners to the unit and I was offered a free upgrade for a few days as well. Overall I appreciated the prompt communication and effort that was made to correct the situation, and I would stay at this property again as the units themselves were nice and the location was great.

Really quiet, clean and convenient

I travel to Santa Barbara for work regularly and prefer a place with a kitchen over a standard hotel. I've stayed in a few units at the 201 Bath building and they've all been clean, quiet and consistent, which is what I'm looking for. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for an easy walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood.

Book it!

What a wonderful place! I cannot say enough good things about this property- it was perfectly located two blocks from the harbor, extremely clean, beautifully updated, functional and well equipped space, very secure and safe building, lovely property, excellent value, well managed, quiet, parking within a block was not an issue even on the weekend… it was perfect. This place well exceeded my expectations and I was sad to leave! I’ll be back.

I had such a great experience with my stay. The location is unbeatable, the check process was a breeze and the space with great. The entire property was clean, well kept and welcoming. I will definitely look to stay here again when I return to Santa Barbara next time!

Perfectly fine

The studio apartment was just fine. I had everything I needed. The walk to the beach and to State Street was easy. There was a small outdoor place to sit, but it was not inviting. I wish I had rented one of the units that had private outdoor seating.

We own multiple properties in Santa Barbara. All the studio, one bedroom and 2 bedroom units you see here are located on 201 Bath Street. My husband and I own and manage each of our properties. We have pride of ownership and when you call with questions regarding the properties or any concerns you speak directly to us. We own and manage the entire complex and all the units inside it. This pride of ownership shows and as a result our guests return over and over again providing us with a loyal customer base. Many of our guests have been coming for years and for long-term stays.

There are so many Santa Barbara properties available for rent. The number one difference between all of them are location, location, location. The closer to the beach and the closer to Santa Barbara the more expensive the real estate. We are 2 blocks to the beach and downtown, not on a commercial thorough fare, not next to the highway or railroad track and not a bus ride or car ride away from downtown. We combine our location with the best pricing and the best amenities. Finally, we are immaculately clean.
