Un palazzo VOV ‘Flagship’ diseñado por los arquitectos ArchFlorence que se unen a La Marchesa, a la Ópera de Ca ’Dell, Gondolieri… ¡y otros!

Ocupando una excelente ubicación central con un ambiente de lujo: no está demasiado ocupado, no es demasiado silencioso y es fundamental para todos los lugares de interés.

Junto al mercado de antigüedades 'Mercatino San Maurizio' que se celebra en ciertas fechas durante todo el año y a un corto paseo de las galerías de la Academia al otro lado del Puente de la Academia, hasta 3 paradas de vaporetto (autobús acuático): Accademia, Giglio y Sant 'Angelo, para facilitar viaja por la ciudad, y al tradicional Traghetto en Santa Maria Del Giglio transportando a los pasajeros en góndola por el Gran Canal hasta el tranquilo y hermoso sestiere de Dorsoduro.

We were 8 friends traveling together, and this property was perfect… the photos did not do it justice! Everyone had a feeling of privacy yet the gathering spaces were large enough to accommodate us all! Luxury bathrooms were a big plus. Highly recommend in every category!

This is in the perfect location, close to everything, yet just off the high traffic areas. All the main attractions are within walking distance. The house has everything we needed for a week stay. Host was easy to contact for planning guided trips, getting groceries or answering questions we had about the area in general. They made our first trip to Venice an amazing experience. Furniture and beds are all very comfortable. There is plenty of room for our family to spend down time in between activities and sightseeing.

This place was amazing! Great location and stay. It was fully stocked, anything you needed if you decide to cook, plenty of towels, spacious and clean. Our property manager was amazing helping with everything from transport to dinner suggestions. He met us at the boat dock to help with luggage and guide us to the apartment which was extremely close. Highly recommend!

If you're going to Venice you just MUST book a Views - on - Venice unit. I mean they got the best interior decorator that really nailed it! The unit I stayed in was spotless, very conveniently located and really gave us Venice vibes thanks to the careful curation of everything in the home. I will certainly be back before the next year passes. All of the hosts/managers were extremely quick at communicating and beyond helpful. The home was so relaxing and beautiful to be in it was one of my favorite parts about Venice. The only downside was there were plenty of mosquitoes inside the home when we got there but I think it's because the people before us let them in. Just bring bug repellant.

Great location - close to all landmarks and convenient water taxi stop. Secure and beautifully appointed spacious apartment with excellent support from the VoV team. Perhaps a few welcome treats? Some of the bed top covers were stained.

Amazing Property!

This was an amazing apartment. I can’t say enough wonderful things about it, literally perfect. It honestly is comparable to a Four Seaons Hotel on the inside. I really appreciated all the communication with the rental company. Very helpful. Definitely a five star property.

We loved the apartment. It is so comfortable and well located. Easy walking to everything, and a pleasure to come back to the apartment and relax. Can’t wait to come back again. I wish we could find an apartment like this everywhere we stay.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Venice at this VRBO. The place was large enough for our needs and everyone had their own space. The apartment was centrally located and it was easy to walk everywhere. Communication with the host was a breeze and they took care of all of our needs during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this property, especially for a large group.

Diamant in San Maurizio

We love location. It was a market during out stay, and we have found beautiful vintage thing for home. Kitchen is good equiped, big and beautiful sala, nice rooms. Its great place for family or company! We missed cleaning lady service.

Great location for exploring Venice. Restaurants & shops within walking distance. Apartment was very roomy, each bedroom had a lot of room and bathrooms were also large and well laid out. The windows & shutters shut out the noise perfectly, it was much quieter than I expected. (Some noise from neighbors above but not bad). The living area with just one big sofa wasn’t really inviting, but we didn’t spend much time in the apartment. I don’t think it is an appropriate apartment for younger kids - nor is the area really suitable.

Modern Comfort in Venice

The apartment is wonderful and spacious, accommodating our entire family. Centrally located but we much appreciated being in walking distance to so many sights and yet comfortably away from too many people. We utilized the concierge services which were great - food delivered before our arrival, a private chef's dinner on our last night - which turned out to be everyone's favorite meal of our stay. The team is friendly and responsive, and a great help overall. We loved it here.

Spacious!

I stayed he with my 3 adult children. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There is a bathroom for each bedroom and a half bath near the living room. It is run by Views in Venice. They were extremely attentive, arranging taxi transport, meeting us at the dock, giving us tips and recommendations. Highly recommended.

Fabulous Location

Our stay was 4 adult couples. The whole process was fabulous. Views on Venice was very communicative before and during our stay. They arranged private water taxi that got us from airport to apartment with one minute walk. Once arrived, they met us at water taxi, walked us to unit and made sure we knew where all the highlights were in Venice. Adorable restaurants and bars right next to location. Anything we would want to get to was no more than 15 minute walk..the apartment was beautiful, well stocked and conveniently located. Would recommend to anyone going to Venice. Great job!

Beautifully renovated apartment in excellent location

Location was excellent. Everything was in excellent condition. Check-in was simple. The keyless entry was great and worked really well. Having laundry in the basement is a great amenity. The designer who did the interiors has excellent taste. The pillows are really uncomfortable. Not everyone likes memory foam. I think you should offer some soft down or fiber-filled pillows for guests who do not like hard pillows.

Fabulous!

Do not stay anywhere else.! The accommodations were perfect for our two families. The communication was above and beyond. We communicated for months prior to our arrival. No question was ignored. They arranged water taxis upon arrival from both the train station and airport. We were greeted upon arrival. They went out of their way to ensure our entry was flawless. We will stay nowhere else in Venice.

The location, level of customer service, space available in the apartment, washing machines and dryers on the ground floor and the level of finish of the apartment in general. A couple of the showers took a long time to warm up which was a waste of water. The same showers weren't very strong.

Beautiful Villa, Wonderful People

The villa was above our expectation. It was spacious and comfortable. The location was only a 4 minute walk from the San Giggio station (1 line) and about a 7 minutes walk from the Accademia station (several lines). We enjoyed the shops and neighborhood right around the villa and loved how easily we could access San Marco Square and the Water Bus stations to access anywhere in Venice. The communication from the staff was exceptional. We messaged throughout the process, working on water taxi logistics and check in logistics. Caterina and Luca were especially helpful in coordinating our transfer from Troncetto to the villa. Communication was always prompt and clear.

Stunning!

The photos are truly what this apartment looks like! It’s impeccable and beautifully decorated. We had 4 bedrooms: 3 of which had insuite bathrooms while the 4th room had the bathroom right across the hallway. Each room had a separate AC unit which was nice and plenty of space for our family of 8. The building has an elevator so that was a plus with all our luggages. The only issue I ran into was the water pressure in my bathroom but this is typical in older buildings in Europe. The apartment is about a 20min walk to Piazza San Marco so it was nice and quite in the evenings. The management team was wonderful. They checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. They even texted late at night to make sure we had our water taxi reservation for our checkout. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfection in Venice

It would be hard to say enough about our stay in Venice at the La Dimora San Mauricio property. The location was an absolute gem, the description on the VRBO site was spot on, the access to the location from the water taxi could not have been easier or more convenient. We were in the middle of the action in only a short walk, but far enough away from the same to have a quiet retreat any time of the day. We walked to nearly anywhere, but had complete access to the water taxi, vaporetto, gondolas, etc. We had a wonderful view of the adjacent piazza San Mauricio and the associated tower in the piazza was our beacon home when we got turned around on the endless maze of streets and alleys in Venice. We loved the chic and modern amenities of the apartment after having come from a farmhouse in Tuscany. We had full access to full laundry facilites in our building (a real plus for us all). We fit four couples in the apartment with each having their own suite and en suite bathroom and the place had a wonderful family room for gathering and a comfortable kitchen for charcuterie and wine to be staged. The entire place felt brand new and I would recommend the place to anyone at all looking for a spectacular stay in Venice. I only wish we had more time there to enjoy the place and Venice in general. We will be back. P.S. We even serenaded the people in the piazza from our 2nd story windows one evening. They loved the show and we had an Italian impromptu karaoke experience. We loved it all.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

I simply can’t say enough about this amazing property! We have traveled to Italy many times and this was the best VRBO we have booked. We arrived by water taxi to a dock very close to the apartment- very nice! Enrique was kind enough to meet us there and walk us to the apartment herself; this was appreciated, as we were exhausted and unfamiliar. She suggested a lunch place about 5 minutes away that was delicious and a great way to start our vacation. The apartment is located in a quiet square, but convenient and walkable to every sight in Venice. 10 minutes to San Marco and 15 to the Rialto Bridge. We loved being close to Dorsoduro. Just a 15 minute walk to it’s amazing restaurants and views, that are quite different from other areas. The apartment itself was FABULOUS! The decor is beautiful, but more importantly, this place functions beautifully. We were traveling with family; each had our own bathroom and lots of privacy. This would also be perfect for four couples. There was a lot of storage here, which is rare. The closets are large, so we were never tripping over luggage. Bedding , mattress and pillows were of very high quality . Bathrooms were stunning and SPACIOUS ( also rare). There were laundry facilities downstairs. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. A lot of love went into the design of this home. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a property with this much attention to detail and concern for its guests.
