Actualizado 1/1 condominio de playa en una comunidad cerrada tranquila, segura y bellamente ajardinada. Camina, conduce o anda en bicicleta a su playa privada.

La unidad recientemente renovada tiene una cama tamaño queen tempur pedic en un amplio dormitorio principal con vestidor. Sofá cama (espuma viscoelástica) en habitación familiar para tercera persona (si es necesario). Bañera con ducha, lavadora / secadora, cable, internet, televisores y totalmente amueblado. Armarios organizacionales, juegos de mesa familiares, ropa de cama, toallas, piso de baldosas, terraza y trastero al aire libre con sillas de playa. El condominio es muy limpio, familiar, libre de humo y mascotas.

Las comodidades del complejo incluyen:
Par 3 Ejecutivo de 9 hoyos, 4 piscinas, además de bañera de hidromasaje, piscina para niños, tiki bar con servicio de comida, tenis, petanca y tejo, baloncesto, gimnasio, biblioteca, sauna y 3,000 'de playa virgen. Perfect condo for a Hutchinson Island vacation!

This was the perfect condo for my Hutchinson Island vacation. Communication with the property owner was nearly instantaneous; she responded within minutes to messages I sent through the VRBO app. The Ocean Villages community, within which this condo is located, has terrific amenities; private beach, huge swimming pool, terrific exercise room. The perfect home-base for exploring the other beaches along Hutchinson Island.The kitchen is well stocked with tools needed to prepare meals, very comfortable bed and other furnishings.I would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

Great location

We had the perfect stay. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Great communication with Clara and the place was very clean and comfortable. Ocean Village is a beautiful place with all of the landscaping and the beach within steps away.

Great location

Centrally located and close to all that Ocean Village had to offer. Clara had plenty of additional items in her condo to make our stay that much better.

Super Aufenthalt in top Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ocean Village sehr genossen. Das Appartement war sehr schön und hatte alles, was wir für unseren Urlaub brauchten. Vom Resort aus erreicht man schnell das malerische Städtchen. Unweit gibt es einen super schönen Strand und jede Menge Outlets. Die Kommunikation mit Clara, der Vermieterin, war stets freundlich, transparent und klar. Auf Fragen kam die Antwort immer umgehend. Das Einzige, weshalb wir den Unterhalt nicht mit 5-Sterne bewerten, ist weil die Gäste, insbesondere am Pool und an der Bar, alle etwas älter waren und für uns, Reisende mit einem 8-jährigen, halt z.T. etwas langweilig war. Wir bewegten uns deshalb oft auch ausserhalb des Resorts. Vielleicht liegt das auch an der Aufenthaltszeit, wir waren ausserhalb der Saison dort. Jedenfalls hat das nichts mit dem Appartement, Lage oder der Vermieterin zu tun, diese verdienen locker 5-Sterne.

Great stay!

This condo was just perfect for the two of us. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. Clara the owner was so nice and so easy to work with. We really enjoyed the beach, pool and tiki bar which all is just a short walk away. Ocean Village is located on A1A and it is a great road for bicycling, it has a nice wide shoulder. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to next year!

Golf Villas at Ocean Village - January 15 -22, 2020

Had a great time at Ocean Village. The property was well maintained and the recreation facilities were very good as more pickleball courts were added from last year. The site is centrally located for day trips to Stuart and Vero Beach. Clara was very helpful and instructions to access the property were easy to follow ...Gord - Whitby, Ontario

Great little place in a great community!

We enjoyed our stay and found almost every thing we could need was accounted for in this home. There were plenty of things you would expect, dishes, glasses, pot, pans, cleaning supplies, towels, blankets, corkscrew, etc but also a few nice extras...tennis rackets, beach chairs, and umbrella and cooler! There was even a new container of tennis balls!! Clara had stocked the fridge with a new gallon of water which was so nice considering we had been driving overnight and were able to immediately relax and head to the beach! A few minor things to note....The WIFI didn't really work and I was unable to check work emails (sadly vacation doesn't always trump work for me) and the washer and dishwasher were broken. These are all things that were just bad timing on our part and we were fine washing the few dishes we used by hand. The bed was very uncomfortable for me , but I'm told it's the next thing to be upgraded :) Ocean Villas is a great community with so much to do and also very kid friendly! Highly recommend! Thanks so much!!

Highly recommended place to spend a vacation

The unit is well appointed and very convenient to all of the amenities in Ocean Village including a very short walk to the beach. The golf villa faces east which allows the morning sun to shine into the unit and is locate at the 8th tee of the OV golf course. The unit was immaculate when we arrived and the owners, Clara and Omar Pardon, thoughtfully provided all of the necessities for their guests including beach chairs and games, a cooler, and pantry goods, The Fort Pierce Jetty and restaurants are a short, safe 10 minute bicycle ride away and the beach is uncrowded and clean. Ocean Village has an excellent on-site restaurant and Tiki Bar. The swimming pools are clean and well maintained and there are many activities available to guests. We look forward to returning for hopefully a longer visit again next year. Thanks Clara and Omar. We will be in touch in the fall Cheers. Ina and Ian McIntosh

Hello. My husband and I (married for 30 years) purchased this unit after falling in love with this community. We have 3 wonderful boys (ages 26, 23, and 16) who enjoy sports, the beach, and fishing just as much as we do.

Our entire family fell in love with this community the moment we saw it. It is beautiful!!!! Everything you need is located in one community and many more activities in the surrounding area. There are so many activities to keep everyone in the family busy and having fun. The people are friendly, it is safe, relaxing, and beautifully maintained.

Where else can you have a private beach, 4 pools, sauna, library, shuffle board, pickleball, tennis courts, bocce ball, a tiki bar, a restaurant, and a par 3 9-hole golf course all in one community.
