Beautiful apartment in a cozy, quiet, and very homey historical building fully accessible to town and the surrounding area. Very clean. We never had issues parking and while you do need to drive, it's not at all far outside of town. Great pick for a weekend exploring the greater TVC area.

It was great, literally the only issue we came across was that the initial check in instructions did not really clearly indicate the code should be put in using the elevator buttons. We were super confused! I ended up finding it elsewhere on the app, but maybe a little more clarity there for check-in is my only concern! Luckily, a very nice person came in at that time also, and helped us.It's a great location, has all you need-- super fluffy towels!!-- and in a cool building. What more could you want!

Excellent property and location

Great property in a great location! Property was very clean and easy to access. Bed was comfortable and property had plenty of amenities. Location is awesome and lots of food options right out your door.

Traverse City getaway

Property was very nice and clean. Owner was very accommodating. Great location with plenty of local sites, restaurants, and places to grab a drink or coffee within walking distance/

Great location. It was fun to shop in the shops on the first floor. Also, the restaurants were great, including the bakery across the street. The apartment was spacious. I would recommend it to others!

Second visit, still great….

This is our second time staying at the property. The property owner was very helpful. The property and building amenities were great. We also had a nice view of the 4th of July fireworks from the kitchen windows.

Great condo in great community.

We had a perfect stay. Condo was very clean and nice. The community and buildings are extremely cool. There is great food, coffee, and wine steps away. Downtown traverse city was short drive and accessible. Vicki was easy to contact. We would love to stay here again when visiting Traverse City.

Great location and property!

My friends and I absolutely loved this Vrbo! This property is located in the Grand Traverse Commons. It is above a bunch of shops and highly-rated restaurants and within walking distance to a coffee shop, winery and multiple bakeries. Downtown TC is a short 10 minute drive away. The room is nicely decorated and updated, with a very comfortable bed, lots of natural lighting, and high ceilings. Thank you for an amazing stay! I’ve stayed in many airbnbs and hotels around TC and this has been the best by far.

Great get-away!

We have stayed at the Commons before and find it an interesting and fun place to be. It is also a great location for exploring the Leelanauw Peninsula, Mission Point, Sleeping Bear Dunes or Interlochen Arts. So much to do in this area. Vicky was very helpful with instructions and a small issue with WiFi that was resolved immediately. Will stay here again!

Great place to stay!

The property was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Great location, with restaurants and shops right inside the building. Check in was very easy and host was very responsive and prompt with information. Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect Weekend Get Away

This condo was the perfect place for a weekend trip to Traverse City. The host was so warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we’d need. The condo is in a renovated hospital with the first floor consisting of cute shops and restaurants. Location very close to downtown and the beach. The perfect place to stay.

Very Clean. Another Perfect Stay at The Commons

Have stayed in Vicki's units before. She has everything you need for your stay. The unit is as clean as you could wish for. There were plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, and maps for things to do nearby. Loved the Michigan theme in the unit. See you again next year.
