Hello Pamela, Thanks for taking your time to write a review on our apartment. All comments and suggestions are aprecciated and we will take yours into account seriously. However, let us be honest, and we must say we are also a bit dissapointed to get all this claims, not fair from our point of view. Daily cleaning service is a tidy up of 30 minutes, as clearly explained in the advert and on arrival. As you were staying for more than a week, at the check in time you were also offered a full cleaning service, that was never requested. The tidy up does not consist on empty the trash and straighten the covers. This is a small apartment so in 30 minutes the concierge team could make quite a lot of work, make beds, put on dishwasher, add toilet papers, and mop the floors. And that's what they did on a daily basis when requested. With regards to the towels, we are happy to occassionaly provide more when requested, although (again as explained in the advert and at the check in time) there's a price list for new towels and new bed linen. With regards to the dark building, not sure if you had the chance to use the switches at the building entrance and on the stairs at night to get more light. Stairs are normally a bit steep in many building in Barcelona, sorry for this. Needless to say that there's a very new elevator in the building and not a single step is needed to walk up to get to the apartments. We came at least three times to show you how the oven works, sorry for any difficulties on its use. We have the office downstairs just two floors away, and it's open from 9am to 8pm, with someone always available to assist our guests. It's a pity you didn't drop by more often, we would have tried to sort out any issues and provide extra towels or bed line. That's what we have a cleaning staff and a maintenace team for. So sorry for any confusion or misunderstanding throughout your stay. Hope you had a decent and confortable stay over all.
