Location was great. It was clean and our family had a great time. Only complaint would be the top bunk was a little sketchy but we just put the mattress on the floor. Loved the location to the beach and the stores and restaurants.

Location, attractiveness, ocean view, spaciousness, kitchen and parking are a solid 10. What needs attention is the kids room (beds, mattresses, curtains) and the kids/hallway bathroom (plumbing issue). Despite a few concerns, the host was attentive and our family enjoyed the stay. We were walking distance to several eateries including Snooky's and the views from the condo were spectacular!!

My family and I had a great stay this Labor Day weekend. The condo was exactly as described, clean and spacious. There was even a rug available in each bathroom so you don’t have to lay down a towel or step out of the shower onto a cold floor which is something I can’t stand. The bed was comfy, the pool, although somewhat small, was never crowded, and the views were amazing, we had a front row seat to the rare lightening storm that occurred on Saturday night. I will definitely be checking this condo’s availability when I plan our next trip!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the beautiful views and the expansive beach. The condo was clean and the owner was very responsive to our inquiries. Great location and the condo provided ample space for a couple looking to get away for a few days.

It was really nice to have so many "Starter" resources (soap, toilet paper, and some "in case you forgot" items).The host answered all questions we had during our stay.

We enjoyed our visit. It is in a great location, and the condo is pretty nice and spacious, with nice furniture. There were a few minor issues - dusty vents, minimal cooking supplies in the kitchen, extremely low pressure in one of the toilets, and no blinds or shades in the dining area/living room (which did not effect our family, but if you plan to have someone sleep on the sofa bed- good luck!). The VRBO host was responsive, and the pricing was fair. As for the building itself: there are plenty of luggage carts available for check in and out, and the elevators and common areas seemed to be cleaned daily. The pool area or property does not have a hot tub on site (the description mentioned hot tub) and you will need to bring quarters to use for the laundry facility. We would stay here again, and overall thought it was a good, solid rental.

We had never stayed here before and it was new territory to us. The host failed to tell us it was on 10th floor, until we could not find the condo and failed to give us the code to get into the elevators. Toliet seat in primary bathroom was VERY dirty, never cleaned from last guest. Outlet in primary bath tripped everytime I cut on hair dryer. Returns were caked with dust, kitchen drawer did not open, or once opened could not shut. Little things that should be checked.No wifi, I bring my work so I was never able to get wifi and host did not know the server name, as it been upgraded from what was provided by host. Took a good amount of time in all questions. Especially a day and half before responding about wifi. Will not stay here again.

Oh, I am sorry you weren't happy with the cleaning! My housekeeper is usually pretty fantastic! If there is ever an issue with that, please notify me and I will send her right back over. I want y'all happy! So sorry about the smoking on balcony. That is not allowed in our building, so if you would have contacted me, I could have reached out to the building security to address it.
