"Decorado con buen gusto y recientemente instalado nuevos pisos de madera y baldosas. Esta es una escapada perfecta poco para una pareja para disfrutar de un tiempo de calidad juntos en una villa atractiva.

Disfrute de la tranquila serenidad y el exuberante paisaje que ofrece Seascapes 'Golf Course Villas. Ubicado en medio del campo de golf de 18 hoyos que está seguro de escapar del ruido y las tensiones de la vida cotidiana. Salga de su patio trasero hacia el campo de golf o dé un corto paseo a las aguas verde esmeralda del golfo. Las villas de 1,2 y 3 dormitorios están disponibles con cocinas totalmente equipadas para satisfacer todas sus necesidades.

Reviewer Comments: I had booked a lakefront condo 120, but when i arrived, construction was unfinished. Unacceptable to me, and moved over to golf villa 01A. Kitchen was well quipped and furnishings were an upgrade from lakefront! Dyer was broken, no screen door on main patio, droppings under kitchen sink.

Reviewer Comments: To begin with, when we first arrived, the gentlemen at the rear gate greeted us with an unwelcoming tone, asking, "What do you want?" This initial encounter set a negative tone for our stay.Moreover, upon entering the villa, we were dismayed to find wet spots on the sofas. We assume that these spots were left from cleaning a stain. It seems the sofas' springs had failed as they offered no support and were noticeably uncomfortable.Additionally, I must inform you that the television in the living area does not function properly throughout our stay. Despite reporting the issue twice, the problem was not resolved, leaving us without a working TV.Furthermore, the general cleanliness of the villa was far from satisfactory. We discovered dirt and sand near the front door, by the sink, and in the main hallway. It was evident that thorough cleaning had been neglected.Lastly, we couldn't overlook the fact that the villa itself appeared to have seen better days. The walls were discolored, indicating a lack of maintenance and attention to detail. Furthermore, the towel rack in the bathroom was in dire need of replacement, and the mirror showed signs of fading and chipping.

We loved the location on the golf course and the proximity to the beach and Gulf waters. The golf course was quite disappointing, however, as we would’ve expected more out of a resort course. It had the appearance and lack of upkeep of a municipal course.

However, we had to purchase coffee filters, after discovering in the morning that there were not any! Also, the kitchen cabinets and kitchen utensils were a little tired and the unit could use a deep clean.

Mildew everywhere

Originally booked a different location but they changed it to this one due to the property owner selling the first property. The dishwasher didn't work. The fully furnished kitchen was a random assortment of seemingly thrifted dishes. The carpet was stained in every single room. Large Crack in the wall. Light fixture coming off the ceiling. Mildew in both bathrooms and along the doorways to the balcony. Busted screen to the balcony. The pool was really nice though, and the location to the beach was great for the kids. The lobby area smells like it's been soaked in mildew and hasn't been cleaned in years. The stairwells are grimey and smelled like someone was hotboxing in it 24/7. The entire are was booked up for a conference we had to attend, otherwise we would have canceled the stay as soon as we got to the room. Will never stay here again.

Great potential but great disappointment

Reviewer Comments: We arrived and found a "cute" and convenient condo....only to be disappointed by the mediocre cleanliness of the bathtubs and other areas. We left voicemail messages and even personal appeals to the management for a "quick re cleaning" but NEVER had a response.

Lovely location

The unit was clean, but could use some updates. The decor is nice and simple. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great time, we did a bit of cooking and i had everything necessary. The bathtub was the only sore spot. It was small, and dingy because of its age-but it was clean. The short walk to the beach made for a perfect vacation. We would stay again!

This was a nightmare.

Check-in wasn't until around 6 so we got there after dinner about 8. The outdoor furniture was just foam seats as the original covers are all torn off, so if you want to sit you are sitting on wet old foam insides. The blinds were broken and several thrown behind the TV with all the dust bunnies. The kitchen drawers were filled with peoples fast food leftovers. The refrigerator was once white, but now is covered in rust spots. The coffee maker had not been cleaned. That is the best of it. Going to the bathroom we found towels under the sink with the toilet plunger sitting on top of them. The ac grille in the bathroom was dangling from the ceiling. The smoke detector in the hallway had wires sticking out. The return air grille was covered in filth. The bedroom pillows and sheets were stained with blood. Management took full responsibility and offered to buy our dinner if we'd leave for a few hours. A little too late and we had already seen what their cleaning crews could do. We stayed with a friend the first night as there was nothing else available. The remainder of our trip we stayed at the Embassy. They were the only place left with availability but we had to get a two room suite and pay an extra $200 per night more than what we had planned. I did receive a refund from the property management for the original booking amount but Homeaway has yet to refund the "Service Fee" three weeks later.
