Dirty and Needs Lots of Updates

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was dirty. Dirty floors (dog hair and sand), the sheets were dirty (I had to wash them after itching all night only to find them full of sand). The dishes were dirty. The kitchen cabinets are falling off the wall. Both outside lights are out - I called to ask them to replace but they never came. The sliding doors to the deck did not work. The dishwasher is old and makes lots of noise. The ice maker finally started working but sounds like it’s birthing a baby. There were not enough hangers in the closet. Had 1 towel per person to use all week. The shower in the main bedroom is tiny. We will not stay in Seascape 43C again unless improvements are made to the unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were left 2 rolls of toilet tissue for 6 people. Each time we left our room we had to have a new door key code, finally just gave up and used patio doors leaving our rooms unlocked. Closet doors where messed up and not useable. People below us smoked pot the whole time!

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is located in a great location across the street from the beach. Pool, basketball court and tennis are right outside the front of the condo. Condo is nicely decorated with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Beds are comfortable and condo is clean. Only thing I could say needs an overhaul is the old kitchen appliances and cabinets.

Needs updating

The good news is the couch and bed were very good, the bad news is the place needs to be remodeled. The kitchen has Formica tops that are losing their glue. Stove had rust on the top and gross, shower in the master bathroom was as big as a camper shower. It was like being in an old persons condo that hasn’t been updated . I would not stay there again.

View of golf course

The condo is located on a golf course hole. Fun views to sit and watch everybody golf. Community is quiet and all pet friendly. Condo is spacious for four guests. It has a big patio and most of your cooking essentials. I would stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: This place was Ok, but could definitely us a deep cleaning and some updates, shower curtains need to be replaced, furniture is worn and floors need to be mopped. We were only there two nights, but we definitely saw room for improvement. On the positive side it was spacious enough abd the master closet and bathroom are huge!!

Good bang for your buck

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't beat the location to price ratio of Seascape Resort. It has lots of perks and everyone was VERY FRIENDLY! Getting beach service and discounts at the various restaurants were met with accommodating smiles. There are lots of cooking items (although many dirty) so that was a bonus. Really my only complaint was the cleanliness and lack of basic things like trash bags, toilet paper, seasoning. I have stayed in a lot of rentals and this by far was the dirtiest. That plus the aluminum foil on the window in the 2nd bedroom and the blinds falling off were almost comical. A few dollars at Walmart to replace the dirty oven mitts, missing light bulbs/globes and new blinds. If someone is getting paid to clean this place, they are getting paid toooo much. I would stay here again, but I would kindly ask to check in early to clean the place myself.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Airbnb unit 43C I was sent and email that the unit was clean and ready for us! Obviously there was not a walk-through to make sure the unit was clean. The unit was not clean there were no towels left in the unit ! The ceiling fans were caked with dust and we’re filthy. The kitchen appliances needs to be replaced .furniture is all outdated the mattress are all stained up really bad I suggest you throw those mattresses out and invest in some new ones I personally would not have leased a place looking like that shame shame ! I left it clean when I leaf there ! I washed all the linen in the house and left cleaned at the front door on a bench scrubbed and cleaned a lot while I was there.never used any of the dishes pots or pans and I bought air mattresses to sleep on after we saw how bad the stain up mattress were ! We used paper goods too eat on ! The Shower curtains could be replaced as well there’s a chair in the master bedroom that looks like it’s 100 years old it’s just unbelievable how this place was left for us to come in to stay !!!!!

There was dog and cat hair every. There was dog toys, receipts, dirt. We couldn’t use the kitchen because dishes and stove had rust and dirt everywhere. Will never stay with seascape resort.

Reviewer Comments: upon arrival the place felt dirty, when you walk you could feel the dirt even with shoes on. many important fixes were missing such as burned out light bulbs, the handle of the main shower broken and some electrical problems in switches that do not work, aluminum in windows for not buying curtains? we reported it to the number provided and nobody came to fix it and we had to take a shower in a narrow and dirty shower. dirt everywhere and in general that place not only needs a DEEP CLEANING but some necessary improvements for the price paid. For years I have gone there with my family because the complex is beautiful, safe and quiet. I enjoy the simple but in a clean place and with things that work properly. I could have stayed in a CHEAPER place with the same conditions of cleanliness and quality of the rented unit.

Wonderful

Although at the same time it was a puzzle trying to find it at first and the guard at the shack didn’t know himself.
