Hosting four bedrooms: one double with an en-suite shower room, two extra double and a single room, together sleeping seven guests. There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath and two cloakrooms. Downstairs has a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is a garage/games room, a front and a rear enclosed garden with furniture, as well as off-road parking. This property is an excellent choice for a rural break near the coast of Devon. Please note: This property is a maximum occupancy of 7 [this includes infants].
