El apartamento 'Paseo de Gracia C' es un alquiler de alta calidad, equipado con piezas de diseño y electrodomésticos de alta gama.
Se encuentra justo en esta hermosa y más rica avenida de la ciudad. Aquí en Passeig de Gracia es donde todas las marcas de diseñadores famosos tienen sus tiendas. Placa de Catalunia (el centro de la ciudad), el barrio gótico y Las Ramblas están a tiro de piedra del apartamento.
Desde el momento en que entras en la hermosa entrada de mármol de este edificio construido en 1890, quedarás completamente cautivado.
Este amplio apartamento dispone de 3 dormitorios. El primer dormitorio viene con cama doble y un gran armario. El segundo dormitorio ofrece 2 camas individuales (que se pueden juntar fácilmente como una cama doble), un gran armario y un amplio cuarto de baño privado con bañera / ducha. El tercer dormitorio es una habitación individual y cuenta con un escritorio, una cama individual y un gran armario. Justo al lado de esta habitación se encuentra el segundo baño, al que se puede acceder desde el largo pasillo. El salón de este apartamento es grande, da al Passeig de Gracia e incluso tiene un balcón desde donde el visitante puede ver la avenida hasta la Placa de Catalunya; la plaza principal. Más adelante, la sala de estar está equipada con dos cómodos sofás que apuntan a un gran televisor de plasma y 2 sillones. Uno de los sofás se convierte en un simple movimiento en una cómoda cama doble. También en la sala de estar hay un escritorio con silla que es útil en caso de que sea necesario realizar algún trabajo. Una silla de diseño de cuero rojo en la esquina está ahí para relajarse y leer. También hay una gran mesa de comedor para 6 personas (y una silla adicional para la séptima persona).
Cocina: la cocina totalmente equipada y moderna ofrece todo lo necesario en caso de que los huéspedes deseen preparar una comida. Todos los electrodomésticos son de primeras marcas. A disposición de los huéspedes hay una estufa de inducción, horno, cafetera, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora, microondas, tostadora, etc.
El apartamento está ubicado en el tercer piso con ascensor. La comunidad de edificios es tranquila y hay un portero muy amable en la entrada. Garantizamos que nuestros huéspedes tendrán una estancia muy agradable aquí.
Hasta ahora administramos tres apartamentos en este hermoso edificio mantenido (Paseo de Gracia C, D y F) y tenemos el hermoso apartamento Batlló a la vuelta de la esquina. Estos apartamentos también se publican en este sitio web.

Great Place in the Heart of Everything

This was a great place to stay. It's in the heart of everything and a 10-15 minute walk to the Gothic District. The place is clean and very spacious. The host is awesome with communication and even arranged taxi service for us. Perfect place to explore the city.

Superb location, modern apartment

This is a large, modern apartment in a classic building. Despite being located on one of the main streets of Barcelona it is quiet. The property is professionally managed and the process is very efficient. The metro if just across the pavement. Despite being a little small the kitchen is adequate for a holiday stay and the washing machine and dryer are excellent. Well worth tje money.

A great property very roomy for 4 adults Right in the heart of Eixample Easy access to everything The apartment was very quiet at night There is construction next door so the jack hammers started at 8-9am The only issue was that the internet was spotty and would kick us off line if more than two users were on line FYI - Disney was the only consistent English speaking channel if important to you The appliances and heat worked very well Thank you Marcel for allowing us the use us your apartment

Great place in Barcelona!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! Marcel was a great host; we appreciated the excellent communication regarding our stay. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk to Plaza Catalunya, Sagrada Familia, and Gran Via. The apartment was comfortable for our group of 7 (kids/teen, adults, grandparents), with enough room for everyone. The kitchen was a little small for our crew - but worked fine for us. We ended up eating most meals out anyway. The apartment was very secure. The concierge was great. Overall a great place - we would stay there again and would recommend it to others!

Excellent Location

Excellent location, very clean and spacious with clear directions on how to use appliances and other amenities. Although elevator is small everyone should use it. The marble stairs in the apartment complex are slippery and a family member fell. Be very careful going down these stairs. Other people in the complex told me they fell before too. The host is outstanding! We stayed in 2 other Airbnb places in Spain and this homeaway rental was by far the best.

Large, modern apartment in a classic, elegant building on an upscale boulevard.

The location is ideal: away from the noisy, crowded Barri Gotic, but less than two blocks from the Placa Catalunya, where all the action starts. An easy 15-20 minute walk to most attractions, probably 25-30 minutes to more distant ones such as La Sagrida Familia. Great nearby shops and a supermarket, local cafes and tapas restaurants (we recommend Cachitos, just around the corner.). Somewhat odd layout, although it didn't bother us: the "master" bedroom with two twin beds has the en suite bathroom. The other bathroom in the hall serves a second bedroom with a king-size bed, plus a third bedroom with one single bed. Then there is an enormous sofa bed in the living room. The plumbing and wiring and kitchen appliances are up-to-date, and there is central A/C, although it struggles a little during hot weather. Marcel, who manages these apartments, is a gem: fluent in several languages, helpful and articulate, and just a phone call away.

Upscale, super clean, spacious, and great location

We would stay here again!. I've used VRBO in Europe a half dozen times in the last two years with my wife and two teenage sons, this is by far the best we've rented. All the other reviews are accurate. This is an upscale rental. Our driver could take us directly to the entrance where we were met at the door by the gracious host. The apartment was immaculate, clean, bright, and very spacious. There was an excellent informational binder with recommendations. There's a small balcony to get a view of the wide streets below containing high-end stores. There was a washer AND dryer, very convenient for people who travel light. The apartment was just down the block from Gaudi's Casa Battlo and a mile from La Sagrada Familia. The popular areas of the city are all within easy walking distance. Around the corner is Rambla de Catalunya (not the La Rambla tourist trap) with great places to eat. One opportunity is to improve the wifi speed, but that's probably a function of the local provider. Thank you for a great experience.

Great Trip due in most part to Fabulous apartment

We felt so lucky to have been able to rent this place for our family spring break. We were a family of 5 with 3 older daughters. There are so many dining option and shopping options all around. We did not need to take any transportation because we could walk almost everywhere. The large grocery store in Cortes Ingles was 2 blocks away. The apartment was very nice. Marcel answered all my questions before and during our stay. We felt very safe. I will be recommending this place to all my friends that want to visit Barcelona.

Wonderful Stay!

The property was exactly as described, and Marcel was a flawless host. Even though he was out of town during our stay, communication was easy and quick, to ensure smooth check in and check out. His car service arrangements to/from the airport were perfect, and we also took advantage of his neighborhood restaurant recommendations. He even sends you videos showing you how to use the washer/dryer, keys, etc. The property is ideally located right on a Metro stop, but also walking distance to La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter. It was more than enough room for our family of 5, and we highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Barcelona. Thank you Marcel!!

Family stay in great location

My husband, mother and law and 2 young kids stayed in this apartment and it was wonderful. Location is unbeatable, the doorman went above and beyond to help us and the apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. They also provided a baby cot and high chair so we did not have to rent. Highly recommend.

Nothing Short of Perfect

The apartment was beautiful, the location ideal and Marcel was the perfect host. The apartment is large, has all the amenities one could want or need for the stay and is located next door to the metro on one of Barcelona’s most beautiful boulevards. We are a family of four, with two grown up children, and it suited our needs perfectly The entirety of our stay from booking to departure was faultless; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marcel and the apartment to family, friends and colleagues and, indeed, already have. And if we are ever lucky enough to return to Barcelona we would definitely try and book this apartment again.

Very convenient location to access all the sites most of which we did by walking. Quiet and clean apartment with written instructions as to how to use the appliances and local services. Apartment was spacious for our party of 5 and excellent location.-we walked to sightseeing, great restaurants and shops. Marcel was a fantastic help booking transfers for us and changing them at the last minute when our flights were changed due to french industrial action - would highly recommend.

Great location, lovely apartment, helpful and attentive manager.

The rooms are lovely and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are plentiful, the windows overlook a great view. There is onsite help for your questions. You're steps away from great shopping, eating, sightseeing spots. We will return to this apartment.

Loved everything about it

This spacious apartment is right in the center of everything. The Christmas lights were turned on while we were there and the street became magical. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see (except Park Guell!). Marcel is a very responsive host, and this 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was absolutely spotless. We definitely recommend for your trip to Barcelona!

Perfect spot in Madrid

This was the perfect place for me, my husband and my parents to stay while in Barcelona. The metro was right out the door, the market was 2 blocks away, and plenty of restaurants and upscale shopping were right outside our door. The apartment has a concierge during the day and an elevator which was very important being that my father is disabled. It was also convenient to bring our luggage upstairs. Once inside, the apartment was a PERFECT accommodation with beautiful windows that looked out over the main street but still quiet enough to sleep comfortably. Marcel was fabulous in keeping in touch with us once we got closer to our destination from San Sebastian. He even arranged for our transportation to the airport on our way out. It was a five star experience which I would gladly stay here again and I will highly recommend this place for family and friends traveling to Barcelona (as well as anyone pondering this apartment while scouring through VRBO).

Hi, I am Marcel. I moved to Barcelona in the year 2002. On my first trip to Barcelona (which was in 2001), I fell in love with this wonderful city and I decided that I wanted to live here yes or yes. After that trip, I returned to Germany (where I am originally from), packed my bags, and made the move. No regrets so far. I started hosting guests short after my arrival in the city and until today I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and sharing this truly rich culture Barcelona has to offer.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Location, location, location. First-time visitors might not yet know that Paseo de Gracia is in Barcelona what in New York is the 5th Avenue, or in Berlin the Kurfürstendamm, or in Paris the Champs-Élysées. This apartment is located directly on Paseo de Gracia only 1,5 blocks from Plaza de Catalunia, which is the main square of the city. Most of the main attractions which travelers want to see are all located in this area. That means short walking distances from the apartment (I explain details in the apartment description). There are also so many good restaurants, cafés, and bars here. In my opinion, this is the best spot from where to stroll out in order to discover Barcelona, every day. I lived here myself for a few years and therefore know the area and the apartment inside out.
