¡Lo mejor de ambos mundos! Cabaña cariñosamente cuidados que recuerda a los días de playa pasados ​​con actualizaciones que reflejan las comodidades modernas. Sala de estar principal, cocina y 3 dormitorios (2 reinas, 1 conjunto de gemelos) cuenta con paneles de lengua y ranura original y suelos de roble rústico. Another wonderful trip

This was our second year staying and it was just as wonderful! Such a cozy place, outfitted with all comforts. It was so easy packing knowing that the house has everything we needed for beach fun. Being able to walk to a coffee shop and an ice cream shop is icing on the cake. Thank you for sharing this special place with us!

This was the perfect beach rental for our family of four plus my two 74 year old parents. Minimal steps in the house make it a rare find, but the extras in the house and the cute decor made this the perfect spot for us. I’ve been vacationing in Kill Devil Hills for forty years, and this house has a great mix of old and new.

We Love SeaBreeze!

This is our 3rd stay at SeaBreeze. It’s clean, comfortable and close to the beach. We love enjoying the beach themed artwork. We had a family house in OBX for over 25 years. It’s hard to find a rental that feels like home, but SeaBreeze delivers just that!

We really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location, only a block from the beach. Very clean and well stocked. We really appreciated the the accessible features at the home (single floor, bench seat in the shower and grab bars in the bathroom. We were traveling with a friend who has a few extra needs and the cottage was perfect. We would definitely recommend this property.

Wonder family getaway

This was a perfect beach getaway for our family with small children- easy walk to a beautiful beach, all of the beach supplies and bulky baby/kid supplies that we could possibly need. The kids had a blast and it was easy for the parents too. We hope to be back soon!

Just awesome

That summarizes the entire place. They have everything you need and then some. The house is bigger and better than the pictures. You couldn’t ask for a better location, just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to anywhere. My entire family and I had such a great time. We would definitely recommend this beautiful beach getaway and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to OBX!Thank you so much for making this trip what it was….just Awesome!!

Cozy Beach Cottage for the Family

Great location. Beach access is a block away. Close to many local eateries and attractions. The cottage is roomy, cozy, and set up nicely for families with young children. The owners were great to communicate with . We highly recommend this property!

Beach House with Everything

This house is perfectly located to walk to the beach, near other activities, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. And the house itself is clean, has any type of beach equipment you might need, and is just comfortable to be in.

Family vacation

We had such an amazing experience at Seabreeze. We have already decided to return again next summer for our annual beach trip. The house was perfect for our family, our kids especially enjoyed the outdoor area. It took us just a few minutes to get to the beach. Everything was amazing and we cannot wait to go back!

The Seabreeze Cottage

This was a great place to stay! The owners, David and Amy, thought of everything you'd need for your stay as well as creating/presenting a great beach vacation environment for family, friends, etc. Also, its just a few minutes from beach access! Great all around! Very much recommend!

Another Amazing Stay

When can I pack my bags and move in? Seabreeze feels like home. We used to have a family vacation home in OBX and this is the first rental we’ve found that is just as comfortable as our own house was. The location is perfect and the house is adorable. It’s much more spacious than the pictures show. I’m already looking forward to our next visit and we just left yesterday!

Charming Cottage

Wonderful home! This is the most equipped house in which we have ever stayed. It has everything you could possibly want during your visit! We loved the rooftop deck, screened porch, and backyard as well as the house itself. Excellent location! We hope to return!

Exceeded expectations!

The pictures looked good, but in person this place is even better. By far the best VRBO or abnb place I've stayed at. Location: under 5min to the beach and a great coffee place Great roof deck and back yard / patio area Lots of great family games to play as well. House was clean, organized and well stocked with everything a family could need. Next time I'm in OBX, this will be my go to place again.

This cottage is located on the corner of E. Helga and Raymond Ave. and has a traffic light at the bypass. Sidewalk takes you to the beach access, with a marked cross walk, that has a life guard in peak season (about 100 yards). Located near dining, recreation, and shopping. There is a fresh fruit and vegetable stand located less than a 1/4 of mile from cottage.
