This house has everything you need. The walk to the beach is easy, and it’s very rare to find a one-level home. The two living areas are another bonus.

This was the third year in a row staying at this property. The property is in great shape and is always spotless when we get there. The property owners are very personable and available at all times. We love this place!!.

What a fantastic house and location! Literally a 2 min walk to the beach, a great coffee shop, and ice cream. Couldn't have been better for our family's vacation to OBX. Hosts were very accommodating and the house has everything needed for a great stay. We'd absolutely book here again.

What a wonderful spot, a block from the beach. Spacious and well provisioned with everything you might need. The yard, with sandbox and toys. was great for kids. Screened in porch for enjoying breakfast or cocktails outside. The hosts were very friendly and attentive too. We had a great weekend here and may do it again next year.

Excellent Location

We found this house to be in an excellent location with a short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise and then climb the steps to the roof top deck to watch sunset.

This was the perfect beach rental for our family of four plus my two 74 year old parents. Minimal steps in the house make it a rare find, but the extras in the house and the cute decor made this the perfect spot for us. I’ve been vacationing in Kill Devil Hills for forty years, and this house has a great mix of old and new.

Another wonderful trip

This was our second year staying and it was just as wonderful! Such a cozy place, outfitted with all comforts. It was so easy packing knowing that the house has everything we needed for beach fun. Being able to walk to a coffee shop and an ice cream shop is icing on the cake. Thank you for sharing this special place with us!

We Love SeaBreeze!

This is our 3rd stay at SeaBreeze. It’s clean, comfortable and close to the beach. We love enjoying the beach themed artwork. We had a family house in OBX for over 25 years. It’s hard to find a rental that feels like home, but SeaBreeze delivers just that!

Cozy Beach Cottage for the Family

Great location. Beach access is a block away. Close to many local eateries and attractions. The cottage is roomy, cozy, and set up nicely for families with young children. The owners were great to communicate with . We highly recommend this property!

Wonder family getaway

This was a perfect beach getaway for our family with small children- easy walk to a beautiful beach, all of the beach supplies and bulky baby/kid supplies that we could possibly need. The kids had a blast and it was easy for the parents too. We hope to be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location, only a block from the beach. Very clean and well stocked. We really appreciated the the accessible features at the home (single floor, bench seat in the shower and grab bars in the bathroom. We were traveling with a friend who has a few extra needs and the cottage was perfect. We would definitely recommend this property.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this lovely cottage! It had every single thing you could possibly need, was one block from the beach, had plenty of space to spread out, comfy beds. It was a perfect family space for a vacation in OBX!

Close to beach

Everything was perfect especially for a family with young children. The hosts thought of and had everything we needed for a one and six year ol. Loved our time here. Only one block from the beach

Beach House with Everything

This house is perfectly located to walk to the beach, near other activities, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. And the house itself is clean, has any type of beach equipment you might need, and is just comfortable to be in.

The Seabreeze Cottage

This was a great place to stay! The owners, David and Amy, thought of everything you'd need for your stay as well as creating/presenting a great beach vacation environment for family, friends, etc. Also, its just a few minutes from beach access! Great all around! Very much recommend!

This was our second stay at Seabreeze and it was as great as the first! Amy and David have everything you could possibly need, making our stay relaxing without worry!
