Villa Costa es una acogedora y moderna villa de 2 dormitorios a 500 metros de la playa

Good Morning Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at our rental property. We appreciate your review and want to address the issues that you experienced during your stay. We have reviewed your concerns with our local management team and would like to provide the following responses: Our cleaning team prepares the property before each guest's arrival and verifies that all amenities are functional. We apologize for any oversights and will be taking steps to improve our cleaning procedures. While we have not received any other complaints regarding the furniture, we understand that it may not have met your expectations. We will be looking into ways to improve the condition and comfort of the furniture. We have verified with our team that no issues were reported or detected during the cleaning process or by the current guest. We apologize for any items that may have been missed during our verification process. We would have been happy to assist with any reported issues. We have informed our maintenance team to double-check the AC unit, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. While we understand the frustration with the vehicle entrance design, it is not something that we can change. We appreciate your feedback and want to assure you that we take all guest concerns seriously. We understand that your stay fell short of your expectations, and we apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced. We value your business and hope that you will consider renting from us again in the future. If you do, please do not hesitate to contact us directly with any concerns, and we will do our best to address them promptly. Thank you again for your review, and we wish you all the best. Sincerely, Ivor
