Nuestro condominio está perfectamente ubicado en la codiciada esquina del lado este del piso 17 sin vistas obstruidas de la playa y el océano. ¡También tenemos una cerradura de puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estadía! Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del Golfo desde el balcón o por las ventanas del piso al techo de la unidad. Con más de 1,980 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa, recién amueblada y nueva en el mercado de alquiler.

Las comodidades son abundantes en este condominio de Phoenix Gulf Shores: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, bar con máquina de hielo, televisor de alta definición de pantalla plana de 60 "en la sala de estar y un televisor de alta definición de pantalla plana de 60" en el dormitorio principal y el segundo dormitorio y 50 " Televisores de alta definición en los dormitorios tercero y cuarto, sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora. Great place!

The property had a wonderful view of the downtown area and the gulf! Easy to get anywhere and the beach was right out front, so no walking. Plenty of seating for all of us and nicely laid out for a multi family stay. Would definitely rent here again! The only negative was that the outdoor pool was very cold during our whole stay which made it not useable for the kids.

Fall beach family trip

It is a smaller overall complex than some of the other Phoenix locations which can be a plus because there are less people. Location is good. Small grocery located across the street which is good for those items you forget.

We had plenty of room to accommodate our family of 12. We have always stayed in Orange Beach area but liked the convenience of everything close and within walking distance of the Hangout and other restaurants. You will not be disappointed with this property!

Our condo was completely as described! Beautiful views and nicely decorated. Only small things to improve; it would be nice to have kitchen wash cloths and towels as there was only one towel and zero wash cloths for dishes. I also did notify the property manager that the ice maker was not working. He said someone would come the next day, however no one ever came. We just worked with what we had. Otherwise everything worked as it should and no other complaints! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Completely amazing! Clean, modern, relatively well kept (oven, dryer, fridge needed fixing). But amazing views! All the staff were wonderful! Security so nice! The kids loved it too! To all those worried about kids and security, they were fine! If your kids follow basic safety rules there won’t be a problem! Fantastic beach! Only small complaint, manager emailed during stay but didn’t respond to anything during this time even though he ( Michael roberts) said he could be reached by email or phone. Thankfully there was nothing too major we couldn’t figure out.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We stayed through the month of February 2020 and had a wonderful time. The location of the property and the amenities were everything that we could have hoped for. The unit was exactly as pictured in the listing and the views were amazing. The unit was very clean and well cared for and everything worked as expected for the most part. We did have some maintenance issues but all were handled quickly except for the refrigerator light which had to be ordered. If I could make any suggestion for improvement, I would update the furnishings. The dining room chairs were worn and uncomfortable and the table on the lanai was so wobbly it was unusable. But none of this affected our enjoyment of this great unit. We loved our stay there and might just do it again next year. The closeness to the beach and the center of Gulf Shores make this unit a jewel to rent. We loved it!

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Phoenix is a nice property. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The unit however had numerous issues. Upon arrival the master tub had hair in it and a ring around it so it had to be cleaned prior to use and all the floors were covered in black sludge. The stove handle was broken, the ice maker leaked, the beds were uncomfortable and the furniture was extremely worn. Pictures are deceiving on layout. Our family owns and rents a condo on the beach and do not consider any of these things acceptable - especially for the price. One positive is the phenomenal view. Unless owner makes immense changes we would not rent this particular unit again.

Enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo met our family needs specifically in being very spacious with a fabulous view! The beds were comfortable and ample balcony seating for our group of 6 adults and one child. Upon arrival we noticed the floors were quite dirty. After informing management, the cleaning crew returned the next day to address along with replacing a missing frig shelf. We were not able to stream TV, which only came into play because of two rainy days inside, otherwise we wouldn't have cared. While there was lots of glassware, there were no cutting boards or a basic paring knife. Plastic, covered cups would have been nice for the beach/pool. We would have also liked some plastic hangers in the closets and suggest several hooks be added in the hallway which would help guests leave sandy, damp towels/jackets at the door. The bathrooms need hooks as well. The laundry worked well and came in very handy. A better mop in the unite might encourage people to use;) The furniture was a little used, as is often the case in condos. A good upholstery spot cleaner would do wonders. However the swivel rockers were greatly enjoyed and we embraced the bright blue paint as adding "beach" vibe. As for outside, the pool at this property was a disappointment. It was always shaded and the water very cold. The indoor pool was closed during poor weather defeating the purpose of an indoor pool. On a positive and more important note, the ease of getting to the beach was great. The condo is located right on the beach with minimal walking making it easy to return to building for bathrooms or unit when you forget something. If you want to stay in Gulf Shores, this condo should be considered. We found ourselves often heading east toward the state Park and Orange Beach restaurants, so we would likely look more that direction. I would definitely return to a Phoenix Vacation Property due to their quality customer service throughout the booking process an

Reviewer Comments: We were a bit worried about staying on the 17th floor but the unit had a great view. Overall stay was good. the unit does need a new master bedroom dresser - pulls are broken. The kitchen had the majority of items you need to cook with. Could use some tupperware/storage containers, and dish clothes. Unit was clean except floors needed a good scrubbing. Unit needs mop and vaccuum.

Overall Great Stay but of a couple of things need fixing.

Location is a bit further down away from things than we would have liked. The chair in the corner by the window has a broken leg, luckily we noticed before anyone sat on it and was injured. The bedroom with the window to the hallway only has a thin curtain so the hallway light lights up the room all night and we had to put a blanket up to block the light. The rooms do not have good clothing storage, very limited hangers in the closets and the "dressers" are more like TV stands than good places to store a weeks worth of clothes, so we had to live out of suitcases. The room we had last year had large dressers in all rooms. There were also a few stains on some of the pillows, pillowcases and bedding and could use replacing. Overall a great stay
