Indian Rocks Beach may not be a household name for you [yet], but it's one of the best kept secrets on Florida's Gulf Coast! **Splash Harbour Waterpark will be closed January 19-31st. The waterpark states the pool will be open to guests** 'IRB' is perfectly located near Clearwater, Largo, St. Pete and offers soooo much to do, and is super family-friendly.

As our guest, you'll have 4 complimentary passes to the Splash Harbour Water Park... right outside your condo door... every day of your stay. The kids will love the slides, water chutes, pools, and fountains; you'll love the lazy river and pool-side Tiki bar. You can purchase up to 6 additional passes at a 50% discount. And when you're all pooled-out, just take a short, 3 minute walk over to the beach on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

When you really just need to chill, sit out on the private condo balcony with your favorite beverage and watch the day go by. There is also a huge patio on the 7th floor for more relaxation and sunset gazing! In our photos, you'll see the tranquil view we have looking south over the intracoastal waterway - the perfect spot to do important things like boat watching, dolphin viewing, and even manatee sighting.

Within easy walking distance from the condo, you'll find a variety of very tasty restaurants, ice cream shops, retail stores, and all types of rentals - from power boats, to bikes, to kayaks and more! If you come by car, you'll be free to go anywhere and everywhere. If not, you can still get around very easily via Uber/Lyft/taxi or the public buses that run up and down the Gulf coast and back to the mainland, making trips to Clearwater Beach to the north or St. Petersburg to the southeast very convenient!

In our condo you'll find a brand new King size bed in the Master bedroom, and 2 brand new Queen sized beds. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with all the amenities!

Best Beach Vacation Ever!

Our condo was even better than described online. Everyone of our needs was anticipated and the amenities thoroughly exceeded our expectations. We've stayed at Harbouside on 2 other occasions besides this visit, and this was by far our best experience. Whenever I needed something or had a question about something Natalie was super quick to respond no matter what time of day I messaged her. I definitely hope we can make a visit back in the near future. If you're looking for a great condo for your family...this is the place for you!

Perfect little get away

Our boys loved the little waterpark, it was clean and definitely family friendly. It only took a short walk to get to the beach which was perfect! We loved watching the boats from the room too, even saw dolphins. Overall it was oerfect and id stay there again

The perfect condo!

If you are thinking about renting this condo - do it! It was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. It was quiet and clean. The best part - it was just a short walk to the ocean which was beautiful. We loved our time there!

2nd time at the Water park. great unit and magical place for family

totally walkable to the beach and several places to eat. lovely beach apparel shop a block away. there is a park across the street and mini golf at the best western next door. we love the water park for our kids (10,13). it is an easy place to stay and very relaxing. the 2 bedroom unit was really well maintained with everything we needed for the beach and plenty of towels. the deck had nice high chairs and was shaded so it was a lovely place to sit outside. we also used the tv which had connectivity to our streaming services. there was shampoo etc in the showers as well as good cooking utensils so that we could easily cook which is not always the case at VRBOs. there were baking sheets, whisks, measuring spoons etc. the water park is small, yes, but I mean it is right downstairs. the lazy river is fun and the two big slides are both excellent.

Beautiful vacation home

This property was very clean and spacious. The home is in an excellent location and the water park was an added bonus for the kids. Close to the beach and many restaurants. I would stay again!

Great family vacation!

Perfect spot for a family of 4. Our daughters are 10 & 13. Having all of the beach equipment ready for us to use was so nice!! The owner has everything organized and available. We will definitely be back!

Family Spring Break

The property was just as described in the listing and worked out great for our family of 5. Location was nice and convenient. Was a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to beach and many restaurants. Natalie was very responsive to any questions we had.

Moms and daughters gymnastics trip

We stayed in Feb 2024 while we were in FL for our girl's Gasparillo Gymnastics meet. Our group was 2 Moms and 2 daughters and they condo was perfect!! The location to the beach was so easy and loved having access to the wagon and all the beach gear. The girls loved the beach and the waterpark. The moms loved how easy it all was!! So close to restaurants and grocery store. We will definitely be back next year!!

Short Visit

This place was beautiful!! We enjoyed our 3 day stay and the ability to walk to all of the restaurants. My kids had a blast at the water park. The only reason for 4 stars was because we were in the fourth floor and the elevators were being worked on. Also, one night there was an intoxicated man signing in the parking garage all night (which kept us up). Neither of these things could’ve been avoided and we would definitely stay at this condo again! It had everything we could’ve asked for!

Excellent experience

Stayed here Feb9-13th 2024. The condo unit was excellently equipped, clean, great view down the intercostal. The property manager and owner were fantastic to deal with. Great communication!! The only thing was the water park kiddie pool and slides were very cold. My little granddaughter loved it but could not stay in short periods. She was shivering and being frozen. So warmer water temps would have been nice for everyone and especially the wee ones. The lazy River was heated but kiddie pool and play area was not. But otherwise great place for a family to enjoy!!

Amazing Condo and Location

The condo was perfect. It was beautifully maintained and had amazing views. The location was great because you were minutes away from both Saint John's Pass and Clearwater, if you wanted to venture out. However, everything you needed was within walking distance from the condo. There is a CVS across the street and restaurants nearby. The water park was also an added bonus my family enjoyed. My family had a fantastic time and hope to stay at this location again.

IRB GEM

This condo is perfectly situated off Gulf Blvd and walking distance to many eateries as well as being walking distance to the beach. Every place was literally a 5-10 minute walking depending how you walk. We walked around 9 & 10 pm and the area neighborhood was quiet. The condo was immaculate and had that “clean” scent when you entered. A/C was perfect. I don’t cook on vacation so all I can say is the coffee pot and microwave are great! Wonderful kitchen area if you do cook. Because so much was conveniently nearby, I would definitely book here again! Oh and the water park is perfect for families!

IRB Vacay

Such a well kept condo and very well thought out for all your vacay needs. Excellent communication and super clean rental. We trailered our boat and kept it at the Holiday Inn marina, hit the water park every day, and beautiful beach days were so fun! We loved every minute, especially our panoramic views of the Intracoastal waterway. Thank you!
