Poolside Garden Cottage 34 - Retro Coastal Chic ..

Junto a la piscina Cottage 34 retro costero elegante .. Este 3 dormitorios, 3. 5 Cottage maravillosamente mezcla la vitalidad de retro con la tranquilidad de la costa elegante. Usted entra en esta casa a través de una cocina fresca y espaciosa totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable Whirlpool, máquina MrCoffee y todo el vajilla que necesitará. Desde la cocina se encuentra una barra superior, con capacidad para cuatro, y una mesa de comedor con suficiente capacidad para ocho. Las zonas de comedor fluyen en la zona de estar, donde encontrará amplios asientos y una gran televisión. La sala de estar también ofrece acceso al patio trasero y porche, que cuenta con una mesa de comedor al aire libre con capacidad para cuatro personas. El primer piso es también el hogar de la habitación principal, que incluye una gran televisión y acceso al porche inferior. También encontrará el cuarto de baño principal, que tiene dos lavabos y un gran armario y cabina de ducha. El acabado de la primera planta es el medio baño con una lavadora apilable y secadora adyacentes. El segundo piso alberga dos habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño privado y acceso al balcón superior, que ofrece maravillosas vistas a la piscina y vistas parciales al océano.

Acceso a la playa: la continuación del Proyecto de Rehabilitación de Revestimiento de la Isla Jekyll en el estado de Georgia, ha resultado en la pérdida temporal del acceso a la playa al agua a lo largo de nuestra costa. Todavía hay acceso a la playa de marea alta, parte del revestimiento de la roca. Recomendamos Driftwood Beach, ubicada al norte de The Cottages o solo a unos minutos en auto al sur del área de Great Dunes Park.

Lovely condo with very little beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this condo was lovely however given the tides there was only 2-3 hours of beach access. Since the rock barrier has been placed on the beach, which limits beach access to extreem low tides, my family had to drive to a public beach about a mile away. Also, the ocean waters at Jekyll Island are very dirty. I do not recommend this location for beach lovers.

Everything was great, the only issue we had was the kitchen disposal was not functioning when we arrived and was never fixed. We basically had to seal off that sink, and the smell did seem to attract flies. Not ideal but the rest of the facilities were great.

We did encounter an issue with our hot water heater but someone arrived and had it fixed within the hour! There is plenty of beach during low tide, or public beach is just a short ride away. This community is walkable to Driftwood beach. There was a grill and a few beach chairs and toys that were not included in the listing which was a pleasant surprise.

Excellent location.

The family and I had a great time and the property was perfect. We had plenty of room for four and the cottage was in an ideal location for a quick visit to the pool or club house. We plan to use this location again for a future vacation.

A Wonderful Week!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! Plenty of room for family time but also space for alone down time. The cottage is clean, comfy and cozy! We will definitely be back!

Not a beach vacation

The pool was great, however this is not a beachfront location. There was almost zero beach! If you are looking to go to the beach daily then this is not your place! The cottage was fantastic but over our 7 day stay, the water shut off during showers four of the days with no one providing a reason or a solution.

Laprades Beach Trip

The sofa and chairs were not very comfortable. A couple of throws would have been nice to have. Need more hangers or hooks for clothes. The layout and other features of our unit were very good. Kitchen was very well stocked. Outdoor table wasn’t cleaned and we had to clean before using. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Great place, beautiful property but had issues

The property and community were great. Clean, nicely decorated, great proximity to the pool and beach. However I have to call out that we had some issues. The AC died on us twice in two days. So I spent an unfortunate amount of time each day dealing with the HVAC repair guy. We are big pals now since we spent so much time together. The management company never followed up to confirm things were fixed. The owner needs to be install a better AC unit or this will continue to happen. We found cigarette butts in the upstairs balcony, we called and the management company did not acknowledge it. Also poorly stocked kitchen, not even a can opener. Owner can do better at this price point. We did really like the grill, it was a fixed gas line so no running out of propane. We did appreciate that there was a baby high chair l.

The condo was great for our family of 5! We enjoyed biking around the island and drove a few miles down the island to utilize the beach access!

Jekyll island

The house was great for our family. Location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to do. The bike paths were incredible. It was obvious that there has been quite a bit of erosion on Jekyll due to recent hurricanes. The dunes have been fortified with boulders which makes beach access difficult in places. Overall we had a great stay!

We Love Jeckyll Island!

Great property that met the needs of our 4 adult and 2 kids family group. One of the upstairs beds might be due for an upgrade/replacement, and the kitchen could be stocked a bit better, but other than that it was awesome and we would definitely come back to this unit again. We love the proximity to the beach, especially driftwood beach which was just about .8 miles up the coast from our beach access point. We also loved the biking and walking trails in the area. Such a beautiful spot!

Beautiful home

Our stay here was nothing short of wonderful. The house was beautiful and spacious and the close proximity to both the pool and beach was amazing!

Great get away location

The condos were well appointed and had access to the beach. They were easy to find and very spacious. We went there for Thanksgiving vacation while our daughter's family was at the campground down the road so it worked out well. They had bikes in the outside closet for us to use as well.
