The Space:

You will receive a 4 digit access code for the front door before your arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom beachfront house, including the fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators with ice makers, large capacity washer/dryer, comfortable living areas, and private bedrooms. Enjoy the convenience of a gas grill on the patio with dining table & chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. You'll also have access to the beach via a private wood boardwalk, allowing for easy enjoyment of the beach. Free parking is available on the premises. Access to the HEATED & COOLED community pool is included. Estimated completion date of pool amenity is June.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled on Jekyll Island, your vacation home offers a prime location for exploring the best of the island. You're just steps away from the beach, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and leisurely strolls. Once you're here, you'll find that many attractions are just a short drive away, including the historic district and Summer Waves Water Park. Other Things to Note:

Two houses on right side of Sea Dip Cottage are under construction (approx 60% complete as of 3/27/2026) & there are several other houses under construction in other sections of Seaside Retreat at Jekyll Island. Pool amenity will be under construction on left side of house until late June.
