Ocean Cottage 37 El océano está llamando ... Y usted debe responder! Convenientemente ubicado en el primer edificio frente al mar al sur de la piscina de entrada cero, la terraza de la playa, el pozo de fuego y el centro de servicios. Este 3 dormitorios, 3. 5 cuarto de baño Cottage le quitará el aliento. Usted entra en esta casa a través de una amplia cocina totalmente equipada con utensilios de cocina de acero inoxidable, tostadora, licuadora, cafetera y todos los otros lujos de la casa. Pasando de la cocina a la sala de estar, usted encontrará una barra superior que asientos cuatro y una mesa de la cocina grande. El salón contiene una hermosa chimenea de granito, TV grande inteligente y una abundancia de asientos. Fuera de la sala de estar, se encuentra una zona de estar pintoresco situado en el frente al mar con una pantalla en el porche, asientos cómodos, una chimenea y un televisor. Fuera de la sala de estar es el amplio dormitorio principal con una cama king size y baño en suite. Acabado de la primera planta es un medio baño al pie de las escaleras. Usted entra en el segundo piso de esta cabaña a través de una pequeña zona de lectura directamente enfrente de la lavandería de tamaño completo con armarios personalizados y una televisión inteligente para ayudar a pasar el tiempo. El segundo piso alberga dos habitaciones, cada una con baño privado, TV inteligente, acceso al porche con vista superior y fabulosas vistas al océano. La cama del sur tiene una cama tamaño queen y la habitación del norte tiene una litera doble con dos camas individuales con cama nido doble (para 4 personas). Esta casa cuenta con un área de comer al aire libre con una parrilla de gas Weber.

Esta cabaña es el plan "Osprey" y tiene capacidad para 8 personas.
Garaje para un solo automóvil, 2 estacionamientos incluidos.

Acceso a la playa: la continuación del Proyecto de Rehabilitación de Revestimiento de la Isla Jekyll en el estado de Georgia, ha resultado en la pérdida temporal del acceso a la playa al agua a lo largo de nuestra costa. Todavía hay acceso a la playa de marea alta, parte del revestimiento de la roca. Recomendamos Driftwood Beach, ubicada al norte de The Cottages o solo a unos minutos en auto al sur del área de Great Dunes Park.

This property is great and exactly as described! The kitchen has absolutely everything you need for cooking in. The golf cart was wonderful to have for cruising the island, going to dinner, and the drive to the beach. We used the bikes every morning! The only issue is the fruit flies. They are no joke! Mostly contained to the first floor, but definitely present. We tried the remedy described in the book for the condo, but unfortunately, that didn’t work. We didn’t let it spoil our trip though! We are looking forward to booking again!

Fabulous Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is on the beach side and has great outdoor space! The neds are comfy and kitchen well equipped.The third bedroom has bunk beds which was a negative since all of our people were adults. The golf cart and bikes were such a bonus!!! This place was so great.

Turtle Tracks at the Cottages

My family and I had a wonderful week. We absolutely loved the home, the location and the fabulous porch swing!! Gorgeous!! All the way around. The one drawback was we had to clean the refrigerator when we arrived. We also had so many fruit flies. Every morning we would have to clean the dead ones out of the refrigerator. Other than that everything was wonderful!! Thank you!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Cottages last year around this same time and had a wonderful time. The cottage last year was not on the water so this year we rented one on the water so we could look out at the waves and watch the ships pass by. We enjoyed out time and our 3 night stay went by quickly. The cottage is decorated nicely...we had no complaints about the furnishings. I would like to mention thst we did have a major knat problem. Mostly on our 2nd full day there. The problem is mentioned in the book that comes with each cottage. When it comes to the knat problem, it says what to use to rid them....apple cider vinegar, water and dish soap. As a would be nice if the homeowner or management company would make sure the cottages have apple cider on hand for this purpose. They were very annoying as we spent a lot of time swatting at them to keep them off our food. Another issue was the garbage disposal was clogged. It was like that when we checked in but didn't discover the problem until Saturday night which was the first time we cooked in and needed to use it. We found a plunger in the laundry room but because the drain line was so tightly clogged, we were unsuccessful at clearing the clog. This clog had to be there for a while because it was clogged so bad that we couldn't push down hard enough for the plunger to work properly. We ended up leaving it clogged and left a note for the cleaning crew letting them know it was clogged. We checked out on Sunday so there was no one we could have called on the weekend.These are minor, fixable issues that can happen. Just a minor issue that needs to be addressed. Other than that...we enjoyed ourselves. We will be back again. A big thank you to the management team as they were most helpful with our reservation answering questions we had.

Great stay

We had a great stay! Perfect for couples or families- we stayed with our 3 year old. Pool was perfect for him and very relaxing. Cart was handy and trips to the beach were quick and easy. Patio was nice and upstairs balcony was amazing- the large cushioned swing was perfect! Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Bedrooms are good size and each have their own full bath. Plenty of room for a large family or couples. Catching the beautiful sunrise from the living area or patio was a delight!

Amazing House

Our family absolutely loved this cottage. There was plenty of room and it had convenient pool access. The porches were screened in so you weren't bothered whith the bugs. It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of amenities. Would definitely rent this cottage again.

Wonderful place

This place is absolutely beautiful. A perfect view of the ocean on the first and second floor. Footsteps to the pool and beach (able to walk on the beach during low tide). The little community is perfect for families. The condo came with everything we could have wanted for cooking, ect. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious with plenty of space. The property manager who we communicated with went above and beyond to accommodate our family. My husband and I had a blast utilizing the golf cart and bikes that were provided. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay, Great Location, Amazing View

Cottage 37 provided us with an outstanding vacation experience. The view from the rear of the house was breathtaking, as it was just a few feet away from the ocean, offering an unobstructed view. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The community pool, center, and workout room were conveniently located just a few steps away from the house. Overall, the location was perfect! Our communication with the reality group was professional, timely, and helpful. I highly recommend this cottage without any reservations

Beautiful Townhouse

It was a beautifully decorated home. Great location. Golf cart was disappointing. No power steering. House was clean excluding kitchen cabinets. They needed to be wiped down. A bit greasy. We would have appreciated more towels and beach towels. We would absolutely rent this unit again.

Home Away From Home

This was our second year to stay at this house and it won’t be the last. It was like coming to our vacation home without the expense of owning it. This year the furniture was updated and so comfortable. The beds are so amazing, even the kids sleep all night! And who doesn’t love sitting out on the deck listening to the ocean at night and first thing in the morning. Even when it’s raining, it’s still an oasis getting to see the ocean right outside your huge windows! And getting anywhere is a breeze in the golf cart! Can’t wait till next year!

Loved the Island

Located in a great spot with a great view. Golf cart was a disappointed but reimbursement for the rental made up for it. Loved the upstairs porch. The beds not so much. The foam made the beds uncomfortable. Need some hotel beds. Otherwise it was very enjoyable.

Will be back next year!

Best vacation ever, and I grew up on St Simons Island. We loved it here. Gorgeous home, professionally decorated, super clean, and right next to the pool. After putting the kids to bed sitting on the porch listening to the ocean was just what we needed. We will be back here next year!!

We loved our stay on Jekyll Island! Gorgeous town home and very clean. The amenities were prefect for our family! Our children loved the zero entry pool and riding around the island on the golf cart. Would definitely stay here again. 100% worth it!
