Amplio y remodelado piso de planta baja de 2/2 a pocos pasos de la playa. Patios de sala de estar y dormitorio principal con vistas a la laguna! La sala de estar orientada al norte y el dormitorio principal son cálidos y soleados en invierno y frescos en verano. Todos los colchones en el condominio son nuevos confortables de espuma de memoria! Agradable vista de la laguna! Internet, WIFI y HDTV. Garaje privado, lavadora y secadora. Pistas de tenis actualizadas. Una gran escapada en familia o en pareja. Cerca del casco antiguo, golf y recreación sin límites.

Vientos del mar se sienta a lo largo de la calle Playa de Agustín. Justo al sur se encuentra la tranquilidad de Crescent Beach y Summer Haven. Al norte cinco minutos, la calle. Overall... a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location was key for us with convenient access to the beach and pool. We were within driving distance to restaurants and anything you would need (groceries, treats, entertainment, etc.). The only drawbacks were lack of beach towels (for a beach community) and kitchen basics (salt, pepper, etc.). We did appreciate the property management's immediate response to the wifi issue we encountered. We would go there again in the future.

Great for a family plenty of room and the large patio overlooking a lagoon was very peaceful.

Great value for the money and very quiet. Very convient to the beach and downtown St.Augustine

Great location between the beach & the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Loved having access to the garage to store our sandy beach stuff. Perfect size for our family we definitely would stay again.

Great location! Just a few steps away from both the pool and the beach

This unit was great. The bedrooms were very roomy. Kitchen was small, but well stocked. Would definitely recommend this rental.

We enjoyed the condo, good location close to the beach. We did have an issue with the code on front door not working, but it was a minor problem resolved rather quickly

Beach getaway

The property was very dirty upon arrival. A call to the property manager resulted in a very competent young woman who did a great cleaning job. The rest of our stay was wonderful!

Liked the location, small community, quiet, very well maintained community. Nice pool area. The condo was lacking in the following: NO BEACH CHAIRS AVAILABLE…we ended up buying and leaving them. No reading lamps or overhead lighting in living room…we moved bedroom lamp and a chair so we could read. No lightweight blankets, only heavy comforter. We would rent again with these improvements made.

Well maintained property ... really liked the way all possible essentails you could think of. Only suggestions is the towels and hand towels though clean and washed , looked old. Could be replaced. But nothing to beat the clealiness of the property and maintenance. Will surely recommend and stay at the property again.

Beautiful Condo!

This was our 1st annual family girls trip and we had the best time! The condo is beautifully decorated and spacious. There were 6 of us and everyone had a bed. I will say, it got a little warm at night on the top bunk, but it was well worth it for the wonderful memories that were made. I never visited the pool, but four in our party did and said it and the hot tub needed a good scrubbing. That’s the only reason the cleanliness of the property is a 4 star instead of 5 star. The condo itself was very clean. I stayed on the beach the whole time and it was clean from the moment I left the condo all the way to where I sat my chair. The condo is only minutes away from multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and family activities and very near downtown St. Augustine although we waited 10-15 minutes to get over the Bridge of Lions as traffic was heavy. We had fun chatting in the cars so this wasn’t a problem. We would 100% stay at #74 again! The pictures do not do it justice.

Wonderful Stay

We did have a only had few suggestions to pass along to the owners. Condo was very clean! Great Location Towels - Ownership should refresh with complete towel sets. For example only one bath matt and wash cloth was available for 4 people Shower Curtains - Need to replace - Mold on both curtains Blankets - May we suggest providing 1 or 2 blankets to use while your guests watch TV. AC Unit worked great!!! Condo Pool - During our stay it looks as the pool company neglected to check on the pool. 2 of the days pool was very dirty and cloudy. Could not see the bottom. Pool titles look as they have not been cleaned all season. To be honest this pool is in major need of repairs. Several areas of the bottom the plaster has broken off and create “ crater like” holes on several areas

Filthy & Unprofessional Property Management

Upon arrival the unit was completely filthy. Housekeeping didn’t leave the unit until 11:30pm. This completely ruined our first night. The arrival process outlined in the documentation was not accurate. We were not made aware that this section of the complex was under construction. We planned for a nice relaxing vacation only to be awakened by construction workers at the door at 7:45am requesting us to move our truck and the all noise of them replacing the roof begins. We reached out multiple times to the property manager for them to ultimately say theirs nothing they can do, you can leave all while knowing the area is booked for the night. A complete disappointing trip. I will go back to that area however never spend a dime on anything that property manager is managing. I really hope this get back to the owner as we requested their info and of course they wouldn’t provide that information to us.

Cleanest Place I Have Ever Stayed

So clean. So pretty. Unit is not the closest to the ocean but very close to the pool. So easy to get in and out of the car to the condo. No steps. Nice garage. Beautiful amenities. Beds were comfortable. We never found any wash cloth size/shaped clothes for bathing. They were more hand towel size. Other than that it was just about perfect.

Perfect for the entire family!

We spent my husband's birthday weekend here. It just happened to be memorial day weekend also. Everywhere was busy but we enjoyed coming back to the condo to relax, cool off and spend time at the Beach and pool!! The property is emaculant to say the least and the beds were very comfortable! We had plenty of room for everyone to be super comfy. Total of 6 people. They have anything you need close by as far as groceries and restaurants or shopping

Perfect beach location

Very easy to check in and out. Host was great in responding to inquiries. Very clean and beds were comfy. Steps to the beach…. Great lanai. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Condo Stay

Loved this property! So close to the beach, short walk to pool and spa on property and quick car ride to lots of fun thing to see and do. I also liked that it is a small community, not too large to get lost in and it's super quiet and family friendly. By far the best accommodations we've had in St Augustine and we've been coming for many years. Can't wait to come back next year!
